Attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training and loved it. Bonded deeply with some amazing people who shared how their learning was improving their lives. Can't say enough about how valuable this training is in very troubling times!

My experience with mindful leader was fabulous from start to finish. They have great customer service. My teacher, Mary Beth, was an amazing person and very qualified. I am thinking of doing another training with them very soon.

This was an eye opener for me and I learnt a lot about me.

Learning the MBSR method is a beginner's course on mindful meditation. I found the concepts and training easy to grasp and understand. The practice is really up to you and how much time you want to spend outside of class (aside from the assignments) meditating and learning how to be present and let go of habitual thinking. Class materials and pre-recorded videos are part of the curriculum. There's some emphasis on self compassion and being non-judgmental with yourself and others in the class. The only thing that would make this class more beneficial is asking everyone to share during the session. People don't usually share unless they are asked to. We can learn by sharing and it helps to break the ice to know each other a little better during the class.
