The instructor was great
The instructor was great; the materials and practices were great. The attendees group was great. The organization’s administrative support needs to improve a lot.

The retreat was well paced and Punita's…
The retreat was well paced and Punita's gentle, but clear, guidance throughout the day really helped to make this an effective and special day. Mindful Leader provide clear information about the retreats and respond promptly to any queries.

Calm and peaceful online retreat by Punita Thaker
It was my second online all day retreat. The instructor attitude really create a peaceful vibe. I really enjoy it.

Meditation, reflection and contemplation
The retreat covered sitting meditation, yoga, and walking meditation which helped my stay calm, at ease, and awake. The retreat reinforced my meditation practice and helped me reach into the center of my sorrow and experience my emotions. Towards the end there was time for reflection and contemplation which was helpful. A reflection after the morning session would also have bee very helpful.

Look No Further
If you are struggling with being in touch with your thoughts, impulses, or body, and feel that this is affecting your overall life and happiness, then look no further. This could be a life changing experience for you if you enter it with an open mind and open heart. Instructor Punita is one of the warmer souls I have come across and her joy and positivity make this classroom as welcoming and vulnerable as you could ask for. I have zero regrets!

Silent retreat
