I had expected more sessions about applying mindfulness to leading my team, about building mindfulness into my leadership. Sessions on starting mindfulness programs in organizations was not what I had expected and was not useful to me.

The program and attendees of this summit make it a high priority event every year.

I registered for this course having faith in Mindful Leader to provide a valuable instructor, format and program. Piero was amazing - very balanced, firm, serious, empathetic and was able to relate the core of each participant's share to the essential tenants of mindfulness.

I just finished the MBSR 8 week training which ended with a 9th day of a full day. I enjoyed and progressed every week. The leader kept us engaged and was really creative with guiding us with meditation. He also explained in detail what mindfulness was all about. I hope to continue independently! Thank you, Piero.

I found great content with proven techniques and simple the way mr piero taught us is wonderful and the cohort was participative.

I feel very fortunate to have had Piero for my 8 week MBSR course. He was engaging, incredibly knowledgable, supportive and an amazing instructor - in so many ways. His approach to working with his students and building a space of trust and compassion was extraordinary. I would highly recommend anyone to register in a course with Piero. A gem!

I like that all Mindful Leader instructors are really knowledgable and know how to run the program, keeping everyone engaged and providing the nudge for everyone to be active and participate in the learning. I always enjoy my MBSR courses with ML, and looking forward to doing more refreshers. Definitely worth it. It would be helpful for all trainers to be trauma-informed, is my only feedback.
