They have been using a shipment company called UniUni. They have messed up with the delivery more than once. They either end up delivering me the wrong package or I do not get the package at all.

Your products are expensive, but quality. Your articles are current and informative, not the usual health related ones you see in popular publications. The way your newsletter is structured and written, instills trust. Thank you, Margy Doxsee

Decent product and I have used for over a year now, maybe two years, but I’m disappointed that I don’t get a notice ahead of time that my product will ship so that I can adjust the date if necessary. All my other supplement suppliers do so.
Response from mindbodygreenAug 3, 2026
Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer for the past couple of years. We truly appreciate your support, and we're sorry to hear that the lack of advance shipping notifications has been frustrating. We understand how helpful it is to have the opportunity to adjust your shipment date before an order is processed, and we appreciate you sharing this perspective. We'd love the opportunity to help. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team can assist with your account and help ensure you receive these communications going forward. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving our customer experience.
