Love the product but unless you pay extra for express shipping delays in fulfilling orders happen frequently. Will try to reorder at least 3 weeks before needed in the future.

I started taking creatine from here about 2-3 months ago. I noticed a bit more hair shedding about 1.5 months in but attributed to other things. Now at 2.5 months it’s bad, coming out the worst I’ve been seen it. Now that I’m reading up on it, found other users with the same issues. I emailed the company last week to return my order (I was on auto ship) and still waiting for a response.

It was part of my mistake too but I didn't notice the renewed subscription notice on my email late and I immediately contact customer service to stop the shipment of my subscription but never got reply... And next I got shipping confirmation): I love you guys products but very dissapointed about not getting any replies from the company. Now I stuck with the products still have lots in stock... I end up canceled my subscription.

They have been using a shipment company called UniUni. They have messed up with the delivery more than once. They either end up delivering me the wrong package or I do not get the package at all.

Decent product and I have used for over a year now, maybe two years, but I’m disappointed that I don’t get a notice ahead of time that my product will ship so that I can adjust the date if necessary. All my other supplement suppliers do so.

The products are okay, but shipping took forever. I tried to contact customer service to track my package, but got no response for weeks. According to their profile, over a month to reply is normal here. Not worth the hassle.

As much as I LOVE these products, I wish I had read these reviews before subscribing to products from this company. Clearly I am not alone in my frustration with the poor choice of shipping options Mind Body Green offers. The SHIPPING with UNIUNI is a NIGHTMARE! The only benefit that shipper provides is to the company that chooses to use them for "last mile delivery". There is no disclosure on the Mind Body Green order process of who the shipper is or an offer to let customer choose shipping arrangements. Unlike UPS and Fed Exp that offer client accounts, there is apparently no secure way for a customer to provide sensitive driver instructions (neighborhood gate code) to the UNIUNI driver and so all you get are endless failed delivery attempts and the runaround at UNIUNI (never a live agent, just chat and promise to get back to you in 24-48 hours) that you should have handled this with the company you purchased product from. There is no field in the Mind Body Green client profile to provide this information and no guarantee that UNIUNI would even take and use it. My products have sat on hot trucks for up to a week with every delivery and me spending time trying to get the gate code to the individual drivers. And to top it off, the don’t leave packages on your porch. They consistently drop on sidewalk or driveways in our neighborhood exposed to wind, rain, and theft opportunities! Absolutely not worth the hassle! I appreciate MBG customer service acknowledging the issues and will watch to see what they do about it.
