The experience was very carefully monitored by a Physician Assistant and a smart, compassionate Guide named Dani. They met my helper on camera to make sure he was prepared to give me a hand. Everything was clear about process and timing. I had an amazing experience in which I soared through cliffs making stops to repair things. Later when I would look up I would remember the beauty and the repairs that occurred. Much more happened, of course and some things were a little sad but educational. I came out the other side much better off. No problem with appointments, delivery, payment, etc.

I have struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life. My first experience with Ketamine was in a clinic and from my very first treatment I was was dumbfounded at my results. Having relief I realized how much time I spent in anxiety and how I got very little else in my life accomplished because I spent so much time frozen in Anxiety. If you experience this I’m sure you can relate. After my first six treatments I started to learn other techniques to aid in relief in conjunction with ketamine, but also learned how to navigate and be aware when I could feel anxiety coming on. After my initial 6 sessions I would go in for a treatment about once every month or every other month. The clinic moved farther away from where I lived and was getting harder for me to be able to get there. After some research I found Mindbloom. I was skeptical of a home treatment. To my surprise the team is very professional, the results are the same as the clinic, and the fact that I can do a treatment in the space and comfort of my home is so much more convenient and economical. Their team of guides and access to someone at any time is extremely efficient. I am very grateful to be able to have availability to this treatment at home.

The Mindbloom company and program is excellent. I was greatly impressed with all my interactions with Mindbloom personnel, including clinicians and guides. Be aware that due to their popular success it can take some time to arrange appointments. The Mindbloom Android app is good but could use a few tweaks. For example, at the time of my program the session music did not play when the screen was off which made it necessary for me to use my laptop.

Ketamine treatment has been a game changer for me. I have tried numerous medications to treat anxiety and depression over the past decade and none have worked as well as Ketamine. It seems to have enabled me to reframe my thoughts. It's not that negative thoughts no longer surface, but that I am able to take charge of them when they do. I feel more in control of my own thoughts and emotions. I believe this is due to the neuroplasticity that Ketamine enables. Ketamine infusions at clinics are more difficult to obtain and pricier than Mindbloom. I am so thankful that this at -home option was available to me for those reasons. Mindbloom can feel a little weird with the "guides" and going through the 'journey," but it was actually nice to talk out some of my thoughts with my guide. You do have to make sure you schedule everything in advance as they book a bit far out. But if you are on top of it and schedule as much as you can at the very beginning, it will likely go pretty smoothly. Seeing a trained therapist outside of Mindbloom at the same time you are going through Ketamine treatment also strikes me as a very important component, so that they can help you in reframing your thoughts and in gaining emotional skills/tools. I had been to therapists before Mindbloom and it didn't help me nearly as much as it has helped since going through the Ketamine treatments. Also, yes, it is expensive, but not as expensive as infusions or as much as the price you pay emotionally and relationally for having severe unmanaged depression. For whoever is looking into this, regardless of what route of treatment you choose, there is hope. I wish you the best and please know you are not alone. So many of us have struggled or do struggle with this as well. Don't give up.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I also have done IV treatments and completely understand it’s a different experience but saying it’s a waste is not true at all. It’s been life changing to me to have to flexibility to do this at home at a fraction of the cost. I’ve never been surprised by the cost, they’re very upfront and even let you slip it if you need to. I’ve never had a problem getting ahold of them and have gotten along well with my NP and guide. Extremely thankful for this company.

Mindbloom changed my life at a point when nothing else could. not only was the ketamine experience a powerful component to the healing but my guide and prescriber were absolutely a vital part of this. each person i talked to in the process so was incredibly interested in my story, it almost felt as if they made it a personal goal to make sure i got better. A special shoutout to Elliot for being the most insightful and helpful person i've ever met, i owe a lot to him. Mindbloom was one of the only companies i worked with that had incredible communication. the texting service was great and super responsive, if i ever had a question it was answered. beyond that, they taught me perfectly how to use the experiences i got with the medication.

The ketamine sessions began working the first session. I have CPTSD and wanted something more than just masking my symptoms. The treatments are structured with journaling and follow-up integration groups. This isn't a cure it's a tool to help you through your own healing journey. My issues just didn't disappear but my overall attitude and mindset got a big boost. I can process issues and day to day struggles are much easier to handle.
