They'll steal your money. They tell you it's $99 for a consult, and then $350 per treatment only if we decide to go forward. You find out the hard way that you signed up to pay $350 no matter what. THEY (not you) decide whether they want your money. When you find out and try to cancel, surprise! Cancelling costs another $99.

Did a trial run for $99.00. No results so I decided not to schedule another session. Mindbloom decided to charge me an additional $395.00 without my approval. Their local number isn't answered (not even an answering machine) and their 800 number is actually a suicide hotline. Buyer beware, this looks like a scam.

I paid and received 6 sessions. Within 2 days after the 6th session (I had only felt the most minimal psychoactive effects) I developed severe cardiac symptoms. I saw my doctor and had several tests done which revealed ongoing palpitations, premature ventricular contractions, shortness of breath and irregular heart rate. (I have no previous history whatsoever of cardiac abnormalities.) My cardiologist agreed that the ketamine caused this terrible response. 3 months later and the problem remains unresolved. Not only was my depression made worse as the ketamine was completely ineffective but now I have developed a cardiac condition!. I contacted Mindbloom immediately 3 months ago and alerted them as to the symptoms and updated them on my ongoing tests and results. They did not follow up, nor did they enquire about my health status and made no effort to contact me after I explained the cardiac developments. I then decided I should have some kind of compensation for all the money spent, the fact that my depression worsened and on top of that I developed a cardiac condition as a result of the ketamine. I was told they would not offer any kind of refund or any type of follow up. They simply discontinued any further communication. I asked to speak with the next person in the chain of command and was told they would "pass along this request." Their attitude is entirely unprofessional, uncaring and in fact, dangerous. I do not want this tragedy to happen with any other client but apparently mindbloom is unconcerned with my issue and has no regard for future clients. Utterly disappointing and disastrous service on their part. (There is one clinician who was wonderful but I have no contact with her at this point). Best to go to a supervised clinic and be treated by real staff and real medical professionals in order to be monitored correctly. DO NOT USE MINDBLOOM.

Refer to my BBB complaint....I would've given -5 stars if I could....MADE A VERY TRAGIC DATE FOR ME MUCH MUCH MUCH WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then, proceed to tell me, even though they admit none of it was MY fault, they are still taking 50% of the remaining session EVEN though I refuse to see them again....I can't look these life-ruiners in the face ever again. I wish they could feel what I'm feeling right now & made my wellbeing WORSE not BETTER!

No effect at all

I was charged for 6 additional sessions that I did not request. I have emailed the company twice asking for this charge to be refunded and there is no response.

I signed up, they charged me $99. Then it took about 6 weeks to even get an appointment - an initial screening. They charged me another 360 dollars at week 4 or 5 without me even being approved! I wrtote customer service 2 times and no reply whatsover, they shouldn't start billing me since I havent even received any service. By the time I got to speak a clinician I was in a different state, when I brought it up, she just repeated this is because it's month two even though I haven't received any service whatsoever and she hung up on me! Don't use this service! They are scammers.

Had good results from first session with an improved mood and increased energy and motivation. Nine subsequent sessions yielded none of these results.
