Helped my long-term anxiety and depression
I opted to take the six-session treatment. The first session was very mild, but I was able to increase my dose a little and experience something I hadn't felt in a very long time: Actual, pure relaxation and peace of mind. None of the trips were overwhelmingly powerful to me, but, over the course of the sessions, I could feel the compounding effect of stress-relief as my brain began to untangle decades of fight/flight short-circuits. It's not a magic bullet (things still suck sometimes, and I still get stressed out) but I don't linger in that space indefinitely anymore, and for that, I am grateful that I found Mindbloom. I anticipate continuing the treatments as needed in the future. I don't find the integration sessions all that useful, but since they come with the package deal, then I did use them. I guess I was just able to process the experience well enough on my own, and some others may find those useful. Still, pound-for-pound, this treatment has helped me more than years of prescription anti-depressants / anxiety medications. I consider their service to be the best $,$$$ I've ever spent for my condition.
