Opened up some emotional channels, had me appreciate the “fathers” I had in my life. Day to day has been generally more positive.

Really appreciated both my clinician and guide. Their input, along with the community circles, significantly improved my experiences from start to finish. Only downside is that I don’t imagine 6 sessions is enough to bring about transformational change for most. But my experience was good enough that I signed up for additional sessions.

Ketamine was right for me; I saw improvements in my mental health and gained lots of new insights I use daily. There were a couple minor issues; I wish you didn’t lose access to the content after the program was over, so I had to screenshot everything instead of it just staying there. Also, they had me schedule a meeting in the middle of the program with either the clinician or guide, can’t remember which, and the clinician/guide didn’t even show up or message me. I think it may have been a glitch meeting or something. I also would’ve liked my guide to be a bit more available; she sometimes took awhile to respond to texts and show up to meetings, and there weren’t as many options for guide availability as I would’ve liked either. But for the most part, I loved my Mindbloom experience; great content, LOVED the sleep mask and journal and journaling prompts, quick, convenient customer service line where you can text a representative and get a response within minutes. Thank you, Mindbloom.

Mindbloom honestly was a game changer. I wouldn’t be where I am without it. It legitimately changed my life. There was a rough start, but I changed my patient care team and it ended up 5-stars. I just feel like I “wasted” my 1st session. It’s okay though. I’m also considering doing another round. My depression is basically gone, but I could use another round to help with my anxiety (which has lowered but is not gone) and my OCD (which is present but doesn’t overwhelmingly run my every thought). I’m so grateful for my decrease in ruminating thoughts. The cost was worth it just to make my brain quieter.

Constantine, my guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly making my experience exceptional. My problems with Mindbloom were with the app. The app was difficult to follow and I incurred glitches with the music.

It has been mostly good. It is a challenge figuring out the right dose to optimize the experience. My guide and clinician are amazing.
