Insightful
The medicine itself comes quickly and well-packaged. I previously used a different company and much prefer Mindbloom. The guides are very knowledgeable about psychedelics in general and you have access to them via text. I am doing this alongside talk therapy, and the medicine helps me stay open to positive changes. The integration circles are very helpful and you can sign up for as many as you'd like. The app gives you a jumping off point for scheduling, and has many useful topics to focus on with Ted-talk types of audio and integration music. Ultimately, I am doing the work with my intentions and goal-setting. The medicine opens my mind to possibilities that it would usually be closed off to. I have had many insights the past few months that have changed the way I look and interact with the world in a more positive and productive way. I was skeptical it would be too 'out there' for me as a middle-aged librarian, but it suits me well. I have given up my other antidepressants and am focusing on ketamine maintenance, which has zero side effects for me. It also hits that existential itch I have been trying to scratch for years.
