It's a well-designed service with incredible support. But after my third session, I still haven't felt profound effects.

Both my clinician and guide were great - empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. Unfortunately because I tried this after having already done treatments elsewhere, the dosing was underwhelming at best. Because there was no flexibility in going up in dose until finishing the full first round (six sessions) - despite my past history - it ended up being a lot of time and money mostly down the drain. I feel like they could have requested records from my clinic and approved a higher dose instead of forcing me to pay for a full six rounds knowing I wasn't feeling anything at their levels of dosing. This company is great for people just starting out, or who are fine with milder experiences. But if you have done regular treatments before or are in crisis and need more extreme intervention, I don't recommend starting here.

It maybe too early to review the therapy. After 3 season I haven't noticed anything different. The medication doesn't give me any dissociative feelings.

Most of my problems are with the app. Won't load, or won't take a review.

There's nothing to report. All I saw was the back of my eyelids, and the music, though relaxing, was just music.

Okay. So I never received a billing breakdown before I signed paperwork. I never would’ve agreed to this schedule. I’m paying on 2 treatments in one month, yet I completed one 2 months ago. No flexibility either. I asked for an extension on one this month because they’re billing me 4 separate times for large amounts. $1200. No response even. No payment plan either. It’s too much. I had to take out another credit card and it got frozen. Mindbloom would’ve dropped me and sent this all to collections.

It was hard to followup with the process The scheduling complex Hard to keep track of what is next step Two sessions were good, The emotional truck was often unrelated or conflicting with my issues, I wish I got intructed to select a different path. So most of my sessions were just black with no visions and minimal alteration.

It seemed to help.
