The medication did not arrive on time and was not resolved easily
The medication did not ship in a week. Attempted to reach out and get it resolved. Had to reach out twice and was told it was an error and they didn’t have any answers as to when they would resolve the issue. This impacted my treatment schedule and the issue is still not resolved as I write this review. Feel frustrated and like it isn’t worth the aggravation, wish I hadn’t even bothered with a mail in service.

YOU WILL PAY $ 1100 just to try…
This company sells you by buying “sessions” what they don’t tell you is they only give you a third of the required dosage for a session you would receive if you went into a Ketomine Clinic. If you’re just trying to pay a lot of money to get high, this might be for you. However if you’re trying to use Ketomine for therapy.DO NOT TRUST MINDBLOOM!! After one session I tried to cancel they charged me $1100. Ketomine therapy works just NOT with mind bloom.

Hi Dixie,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. Privacy rules generally prevent us from publicly discussing individual client experiences, so we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to contact us directly through our Help Center (help-center.mindbloom.com/en/).
Mindbloom’s dosage protocols were developed by licensed clinicians and researchers with safety and effectiveness as top priorities. Our protocols are different from IV clinics, but are designed to deliver meaningful outcomes and were validated in the largest-ever study of psychedelic medicine featuring outcomes data from over 11,000 Mindbloom clients.
Regarding billing, we understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel. That’s why our pricing and refund policies are clearly outlined before moving forward. The charge you referenced reflects services already rendered—including clinical consultations and prescribed medication—and is aligned with our Terms of Use. Our team made several attempts to explain this and offer support.
We regret that your experience felt unsupportive. Acting with respect is incredibly important at Mindbloom, and we take it seriously across all interactions. If there’s anything further you’d like to clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Best,
Anna G.

Go anywhere else!
Go anywhere else!! There’s no way to actually talk to higher up people or leave an actual honest review on their website. My clinician and guide did not give me the help or support they claimed they would. When you try to reach out you don’t hear back for days. Had to contact customer support that I hadn’t been receiving help or support and was not sure what I was suppose to do next. My clinician and guide made up lies and excuses saying the clinician told me I needed to find a therapist before my next session. I told her multiple times I see a therapist weekly, the same one I’ve been seeing for 5 years. She just didn’t listen at all and constantly cut me off about anything I tried to say. She’s rude and doesn't actually care about clients and tried to cover her ass for making me wait a week to even get a reply from them. She sent my meds and anti nausea meds a week later after she said she was going to. So my whole experience was useless but they don’t care as long as they’re stealing your money. They offered me an extra free 45 minute session with my guide, like I really want to sit there and talk to her again 😂 They won’t refund you even if my experience was ruined due to THEIR negligence and things I had no control over. The amount of anxiety I had spending so much money on this, and for it to be absolutely worthless is sickening. I struggle to hold jobs due to my depression and anxiety. They said this was suppose to be life changing. And I believe the medicine could be, but go to a different company, any other company! I’ve been diagnosed with medicine resistant anxiety and depression. I’ve tried just about everything. Finished trying TMS just months ago with not much improvements. I was hopeful in this program. Don’t listen to the good reviews, they’re all fake and generic. So thanks Mindbloom, for hiring such lazy negligent people to work for your company and ruin it. I will be posting this as many places as I can.

Deceptive practices
Should have been able to give 3-4 stars even with constant complaints over poor app functionality.
One star is well deserved due to the deceptive and harmful actions of one practitioner. This practitioner lied directly to my face despite my multiple attempts to steer them into better action. I spent 38 years as military human lie detector, remote viewer etc. I know when someone is being deliberately deceptive. To act in a deceptive manner toward a patient is and unacceptable practice. These five star reviews are overwhelmingly generic and fake. I'm not sure trust pilot is trustworthy. Seems sleezy.

Truly an awful experience
Truly an awful experience. The medicine that they sent had zero effect in every session, even as they kept increasing the dosage to astronomical levels. I spoke with experts who said that, at the dosage I was taking, the only possible explanation was that they were sending fake product - a placebo with no active ingredient. We then researched the pharmacy they were using to send the product and it turned out it had filed for bankruptcy a few months ago and was hugely in debt. It's likely that it was unethically cutting costs by shipping fake product. Really furious about this.

Poor business model meant to collect up front
Not a good business practice from the start. I can’t do tabs and need IM. However, that’s not up to you. You MUST buy a full package just to talk to a consultant to see if you are actually a fit, and if so, they decide the delivery method. All this after you paid over $400 just to know where you stand. If you decide it’s not for you, you still owe them $150. What a scam. NOBODY else in the industry makes you do this. If you want to waste your money, here’s a good option.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information publicly, but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at [email protected].
We recognize that committing to a program upfront can raise questions, especially when exploring a new treatment. To clarify, the initial $150 covers a comprehensive clinical consultation which is required to assess medical eligibility and determine if at-home ketamine therapy is a safe and appropriate option.
Because this is a clinical service, it’s non-refundable—even if you decide not to move forward with treatment after the consultation. That said, clients who are not medically eligible for treatment do receive a full refund of all program costs. We want every client to feel fully supported in making the best decision for their care.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, we’d be happy to speak with you directly—we’re here to help.
Best,
Alex Phillips

Mindbloom is literally in bed with DOGE
The wife of Mindbloom's founder is currently working for DOGE, the unelected part of the current administration that has stolen our person information through social security lists. I have no doubt that, through the demonstrable corrupt at best and illegal at worst, access that DOGE has, they will be able to access names and medical history of anyone who joins Mindbloom. There are better and more affordable ways to get Ketamine prescribed safely for mental health needs than to use this company.
Response from MindbloomApr 4, 2025
Hi StephFran,
Thank you for sharing your concerns about data privacy at Mindbloom. We take all privacy matters seriously. To be clear, there is no connection between our patient data and any external organization, including DOGE. Our founder's spouse's work has no bearing on our data privacy practices or access protocols. These are entirely separate professional spheres with no data sharing or operational overlap.
We maintain strict boundaries to ensure that client data remains completely confidential and is never shared outside of the appropriate channels, and we follow stringent privacy policies and procedures.
For more information, you can see our Privacy Policy here: https://www.mindbloom.com/privacy-policy and that of our affiliated medical groups here: https://www.mindbloom.com/medical-group-privacy-practices.

Don’t waste your money!
I must have missed the overall cost entirely during the sales pitch🥲 The medication did nothing during my first two sessions😡 I could have taken sugar pills for all I know. What a waste of money. I should have stuck with Spravato, which insurance covers. My recommendation is to skip this overpriced ALL HYPE NO SUBSTANCE but a big bill🥱
Response to Mindbloom:
Alex, I can appreciate your intent to provide a comprehensive response that aims to convince the masses that Mindbloom has added value. While I don't deny the program has built-in concepts that most likely add value to people's mental health recovery, my discontent was more specifically with the business model followed for those who choose to discontinue.
Yes, I am entirely aware of the inability to take back unused medication. However, I am pretty sure your profit margin after the assessment and intro session is acceptable without trying to get a few more dollars out of those in crisis. If you lose a few dollars at that point, then I would expect you to respect the decision of those in crisis and wish them the best in their searches for relief. If there are more than a few here and there, then I guess your product isn't what it should be. Sometimes, as leaders of organizations, we need to accept the loss or forgo the profit for the good of the cause. It would seem that 'doing the right thing' is not a cultural norm within Mindbloom.

Hi Ken,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information publicly, but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at [email protected].
We understand that cost can be a burden, and we want to acknowledge that investing in your mental health is a big decision. While Spravato is often covered by insurance, it is primarily a medication administration service, typically provided in a clinical setting without the additional therapeutic support that research shows is crucial for long-term success. Mindbloom’s program is designed to be a fully guided experience, including 1:1 clinician consultations, dedicated coaching, unlimited messaging with your guide, group integration circles, and focused programs to help ensure meaningful and lasting results.
We also recognize that everyone responds to ketamine therapy differently—some feel effects early on, while for others, the benefits build over time. Ketamine works by increasing neuroplasticity, making the brain more receptive to change beyond just the session itself. If you’re open to continuing, we encourage you to follow up with your clinician to explore potential adjustments to help optimize your experience.
If there’s anything we can do to further support you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
Best,
Alex Phillips
