I reached the highest dose by the 3rd session and it was not strong enough. The next step would be to try injection, but they won’t do that until I finish the first round so I’ll still have 3 more sessions I’ve already paid for without a high enough dose. I would have liked to know they wouldn’t increase the dose or switch methods even if it wasn’t working.

Did not get any reaction and due to increased dose expected something.

I have had IV infusions before and switching to oral has been very disappointing. I also find I have to jump back and forth between the web site and the app to perform my tasks. I do not get confirmation or appointments listed on my app

No results. No, effect from the meds

I am not going to lie with you. The treatment has helped me tremendously. But there are too many loose ends with the staff. This could be a management issue but not sure. By trade I am a web and IT engineer. Optimization is my bread and butter. You guys need help. My first session wS great and I liked my guide. But she took along time to get back to me when I needed her. Also I was told by Mindbloom that she was fired. Gets worse. She didn’t document my session probably because she was fired. I tried reaching out multiple times to Mindbloom only to have no response. This interrupted my treatment. Mindbloom your response times suck. Also you picked a guide for me without me picking. I was uncomfortable by that. Fortunately she was wonderful. When I got to my medical professional Lori ( who also was fired). Was rude and awful and didn’t increase my dose at all. Found out that she quit or was fired the next day. She said that none of my session had been documented and so she thought I was only on session one. Mindbloom how unorganized are you guys. 😂 After all of this disorganization you guys interrupted my Neuroplastic treatment and disrupted your sacred treatment due to your failure to manage organization and streamline treatment. May be better to pay people to stay onboard with you as employees rather than contracted clinicians so you can monitor the treatment better. 3 party can be more difficult to monitor. Maybe you guys should hire me to help 😂😂😂 Anyways I finally got paired with Xavier the clinician who increased my dose and helped me get a 100$ credit and a free session. At the end of it all I will still continue with Mindbloom because the treatment is very effective and has helped me gain a fresh prospective in life. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you mind bloom.

While I experienced benefits from my Ketamine experience, namely- increased goal directed activity, I did not experience any improvements in my symptoms of anxiety and depression.

I found out I had a neurological condition which contraindicated the use of ketamine after starting Mindbloom. Unfortunately I experienced poor outcomes because of this. While it may work well for some, it’s not without risks. In hindsight I do wish I had done this in person under a doctor’s supervision and guidance.

Work more on medication education and properly inform clients on whether or not their medications could cause an adverse reaction.
