Mindbloom is a horribly run app/service. My last three medication renewals have been delayed for weeks. The company makes no effort to warn of delays. Your shipment just doesn’t get shipped. When you call customer service they blame their compound pharmacy. I don’t pay their pharmacy. I pay Mindbloom. I will definitely not renew.

Late March 2026 update on Mindbloom
Late March update on Mindbloom. 29 days after charging me $430.00 (first of 3 payments) and I still have not received even a drop of medication. Since March 3rd they've been telling me that their lab is running behind. I called the lab in NYC and they have no Ketamine to compound. Lately they've been telling me that a tracking number for my shipment will arrive "any day now". This is the runaround I have been getting. They were going to charge me again tomorrow, believe it or not. I recommend asking AI for information about the company that owns Mindbloom and don't take no for an answer. Find out all you can. Don't spend $1200.00 on a company you can only reach by chat. Dig deep enough and you'll find a phone number and their addresses. I think it's cruel to treat patients with mental health issues in this way. Imagine sitting at home and hoping every day that possible relief is coming soon. IT NEVER WAS.

borderline negligent company
borderline negligent company. Your guide will randomly depart in the middle of a program and no one will reach out to help you find a new one. Multiple clinician check ins where my clinician said they reached out to support to find me a new guide, only to get radio silence after. Was not able to complete the program due to personal issues but their whole system aggressively keeps people in the program even if it's not a good fit so they can make more money selling overpriced ketamine with little to no professional support.

They charged me $575 for two sessions
They charged me $575 for two sessions. They wanted to charge me $1,850, but I was able to get them to give me a "refund", which tured out to be two $370 charges and then a $95 refund. I tried to go back to my previous provider, but they wouldn't treat me because mindbloom refused to send me a discharge letter. They just kept telling me "we'll get that to you in 48 hours or less". My depression has rebounded very badly. Im trying to make it, checking my emails for discharge paperwork everyday. It's a nightmare.

MINDBLOOM HURTS NOT HEALS
I feel called to share my experience with Mindbloom to help prevent others from going through what I went through. What began as hope for healing quickly turned into a series of harmful, negligent, and deeply frustrating encounters.
Mindbloom mishandled my care at multiple levels:
• Repeated Errors in Medication Delivery: My ketamine was shipped to the wrong address not once, not twice, but three times—even after I had corrected the address in writing. This is not only negligent but dangerous, considering ketamine is a controlled substance.
• Gaslighting and Lack of Accountability: Instead of taking full responsibility, the company repeatedly shifted blame, minimized the harm done, and even canceled my program while we were in the middle of resolving account issues.
• Expired ID and Compliance Concerns: Mindbloom clinicians issued prescriptions under an expired state medical license, which raises serious legal and ethical red flags.
• Financial Disputes and Harassment: I was charged for sessions that were canceled, pressured by staff to continue when I had already declined further services, and harassed with repeated calls despite clear written communication asking them to stop.
What hurt the most was not just the mistakes, but the way they treated me in the aftermath—without compassion, integrity, or accountability. As a patient, I deserved safe, responsible care and respectful communication. Instead, I was left feeling retraumatized by a company that positions itself as a guide to healing.
If you are considering at-home ketamine treatment, I strongly recommend researching other providers who uphold higher standards of safety, transparency, and patient care. Healing is sacred work. Companies that handle controlled substances and vulnerable patients must be held to the highest standard.
My hope in writing this is to shed light on what can happen behind the marketing promises, and to encourage others to protect themselves by asking hard questions before trusting a company with their healing journey.

I recently ordered Ketamine from…
I recently ordered Ketamine from Mindbloom. I used them 3 years ago and it was mostly positive. It helped my depression then, but this time I had a bad experience and it made my depression worse. Either they changed the formula or it's watered down. So I discontinued it and requested a cancelation. In short they billed me a $516 Cancelation Fee for medication I haven't even received. I had already paid $286 originally. So in short I paid almost $800 for 3 bad trips. Additionally I didn't even receive my initial package with necessary BP monitor, mask, etc. I'm 62 years old and this is the worse customer service experience of my life. These people have NO compassion whatsoever. Thanks for the stress and making my health condition worse.

Hi William,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client details here, we encourage anyone with questions to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com/en/.
I’m sorry you had a frustrating experience and did not feel supported throughout your program. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we take your feedback very seriously.
We understand your concerns and want to clarify a few points. Per our cancellation policy, fees are based on medication shipped—your charge reflects only the cost of the first shipment you received. These terms are reviewed during onboarding and agreed to at enrollment, and our full policy is always available here: https://intercom.help/mindbloom/en/articles/8894531-what-is-mindbloom-s-refund-policy.
Additionally, renewal programs for returning clients do not include the Bloombox kit, as those materials are provided in the initial program.
If you ever decide to revisit treatment in the future, our team would be here to support you.
Best,
Anna G.

No phone number available
I tried to get in touch with mindbloom by phone , but there’s absolutely no phone number available. How can a mental health clinic operate without a basic means of direct contact? This is extremely concerning and highly unprofessional.
