Great program so far!

Well curated and guided experience

I have struggled with depression and lackluster success with treatments all of my life - the ease and well-organized self-paced work through Mindbloom along with the life-changing benefits of the medicine has made a huge difference!

My experience has been very helpful in overcoming challenges because of Mindblooms support structure. From consults with my clinician to the integration circles, I feel supported the entire way.

I like the intr at the beginning of each session. I also like the ability to go back and revisit the message. It has allowed me to expand on my experience and take it into what I want to concentrate on moving forward. I have found that as each session has concluded I am coming out of them quicker. What does this mean? I am absorbing more and my pathways are broadening? or I am getting used to the medicine? I am just learning so I hope to give a more detailed assessment by the end but as of now, you have great advocates working for you not only in the intro to a first session but in the integration sessions. I am going to join my second integration session tomorrow, Ashlie was a wonderful guide and the other women so helpful. I think your processes and options to get additional tools fantastic. I look forward to giving a review in closing. Thank you for this opportunity.

The app is well organized and I really enjoyed the analysis feedback in the journal entries…Super helpful medicine and guidance and support! Loved everyone whom i interacted with and were very helpful and supportive. Definitely has helped me grow and look at Life through more realistic and rose colored lenses…thank you All
