Ugh Mindbloom. I love that I was able to find my introduction to ketamine therapy through them but I do not recommend them. My first few experiences were good but then became ineffective. They kept upping the dosage. Even tried sending meds from a different pharmacy. My therapist quit, and looking back I could tell she was agitated when I kept telling her the medication was inconsistent. I think she knew there were issues. Pills were often crushed or powdery. I finally went to a competitive company -my experiences became consistent and reliable, I was taking 1000 mg w mindbloom and getting nothing , the competitor 400 mg and I had a consistent fufilling experience each and every time. Mindbloom is great otherwise. I love the playlists, app etc but their medication is horrible. It is inconsistent and ineffective. Due to this you start questioning yourself and that defeats the purpose of therapy. Run, do not walk to a different company. Mindbloom doesn’t have the correct pharmacies to be able to provide proper consistent Ketamine therapy.

Absolutely terrible experience! Lea Brainerd is the worst kind of greedy person! No contact #, no support, nothing but emails! Mixed my info up, sent wrong dose, very incompetent and dangerous! Thier director has a 3 Star rating for his New York office! O yeah no refunds!!!

Horrible customer service experience and customer refund policy. They have crap customer service and will kick you out at the drop of a hat. No discussion. Then the fun part comes when you realize you are responsible for more than 25% of the entire fee. In my case - $300

This place is a scam. They are constantly upselling. The pills only cost them a few cents. They want you to buy their additional products and services by having an elaborate complicated process for a few pills that should cost $10. This company is about profit maximization, so they will likely go out of business.

Great idea, customer service is a joke. READ THE FINE PRINT. If they don’t respond in a way that helps and you complain they can unilaterally take you out of the program. And oh yeah… of the Approx. $1200 fee they charge they get to keep $300. I’d be super wary!

I will agree with every single bad review on here. This company is a money grab. I’ve been left more depressed and anxious than when I started. I was “approved for therapy”. I received the nice box with the journal, blood pressure cuff etc and the medication. It took four weeks to find a guide that I could work my schedule around. First time around my blood pressure was high so they wouldn’t let me proceed. The high blood pressure comes from my anxiety in that situation as my blood pressure up to that point had been normal every day twice a day. It’s even stored on the blood pressure cuff they send. The “guide” was clicking her pen in the background while I was working on my three attempts to get my BP in check. So two weeks later we try again. This time she barely conceals how annoyed she is. All of these things my “sitter” can attest to since he was there with me as per their requirement. Same. BP normal every single day twice a day. Day of treatment the second time it was within the normal parameters but my pulse was two beats over their “limit”. It has been an unprofessional and devastating experience. I asked for a refund and got one response. I responded the only way to make it right was to refund my money. Silence. I’m going through my credit card company with all of my information in hand. This is nothing if not a fraudulent charge. This company is not the way to go. You will be left disappointed and likely devastated by the weeks it takes to get an appointment, the inconsistency because of that and being left hanging.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE LITERALLYNEVER WROTE A REVIEW ON SO MUCH AS A SMALL PURCHASE FROM AMAZON BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. They tell you that you have to go through an appointment with a therapist before your sessions can begin. You pay in advance. The app tells you explicitly that if you do not qualify, your money will be refunded. Then, after your appointment with the therapist, they tell you that your psychiatrist (traditionally psych drs are incredibly against this type of thing) has to give you PERMISSION to do it. If my psychiatrist was going to allow this, she would do it herself! Of course, she said "no." And mindbloom then charged me $150 for my trouble. I had thought this might be a wonderful, new, and exciting opportunity for feeling better and it turned into what I can only characterize as a scam. They made me feel like I didn't deserve care and, I suppose, deserved to be ripped off. I feel very disappointed and duped. DO NOT USE MINDBLOOM. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO PROFIT OFF OF THE VULNERABLE. I am devastated. I did not need another disappointment. If I end up dying from my PTSD. I hope my children sue them because this was a let down of epic proportions. Don't waste your money!

Did not refund my full amount when I was determined to be not suitable for in-home guided ketamine treatment. I believe I'm entitled to a full refund as I wasn't deemed a good candidate for Mindbloom. Kathy can confirm this. I am not a candidate for Mindbloom's in home guided ketamine therapy. Per your own refund policy, "You are also eligible for a full refund if you complete your initial consultation and your clinician determines that you are not a good candidate for treatment at this time." You owe me my full $386.00. The $236.00 refund is short $150 or by 39%. This is NOT a full refund.
