If I could give less than one star I would. The billing practices are shady. They bill $386 three times. They send the meds and their China made kit right away, so their cost is less than $386 otherwise they would not send it all at once. The website guides you right past the part where it's $386 three timed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE DOSE COST, FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OF WHATEVER KETAMINE DOES, COMES UP TO $200 PER DOSE. THINK ABOUT THAT. I will attach the page where it says you may cancel the subscription, but that doesn't matter. They send you all the meds right away so you are absolutely stuck with paying to the very end. Why offer and advertise the "cancel" option but still insist on billing again and again. This is dishonest, and in the end, the stress of it only makes things worse than before.

I wanted to try the ketamine treatment for my ptsd since nothing else worked and most medications made it worse. My very first date to start the therapy was canceled because the counselor I scheduled with was a no show. It was almost a month after receiving my first round of ketamine before I could use it because of the no show. I would not recommend this company not just because of the first bad experience but because I didn't feel it offered enough personal support ( without significant cost) for the price I was already paying. I found out that most major insurance companies will pay for this treatment but only in a controlled setting with nasal spray version ( which costs way less especially because insurance coverage) or intravenously and that is very inexpensive. Please do try your insurance first and or another more reliable company.

The company is a money-making machine that hires the guides as contractors in order to not have to pay fair market rates. I do not trust Mindbloom as a company and I disapprove of the way they treat their guides. Also, the thing they don't tell you is that ketamine only works for a feew days. Mindbloom would prefer clients to keep signing up for more treatments which is a huge profit for them.

Do not trust this company! They will continue to charge your credit card even after cancelling. I've had to file 3 disputes after cancelling. I had to cancel my credit card. Its the only way for them to stop charging me. Also, please speak to a actual psychiatrist before receiving this treatment.

I never received a link to dial in for my guided ketamine journey. I contacted customer support and 2 days later got an automated reply to "contact my guide." It was my first ketamine journey so I had no contact information for my guide! During intake, the company said the guide would reach out to me PRIOR to the experience. In a panic that I'd be charged for a no show, I spent hours trying to find a way to contact a live human at the company to no avail. On the day of my scheduled journey, I have my ketamine ready and still NO link for my session. I was extremely upset at this point. About 15 minutes after the planned session start time, the guide calls me and says do you not have the link? I say no and give her my contact info and she says "oh I see the issue, I SENT THE LINK TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. Your correct email address is in the system but I cut & pasted it wrong!" She then sent me the link. At this point, we were well past the session start time and I was extremely frustrated. The incompetence of the Mindbloom guide ruined my experience and the fact you can't access anyone directly at the company to get support for a time-sensitive issue is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER use them again.

They keep charging my card even though I pay in full. This isn't the first time this has happened. Avoid this company if you need your money like most of us do.

First of all, let me say I absolutely believe in and have benefited from ketamine as a therapeutic drug. It truly has transformed my life. However, Mindbloom is a terrible model and a terrible company and their process just doesn’t work. First of all, you can’t ever get on the phone with anyone. Every communication is done via text with your guide and my guide maybe sends one response per day and it takes weeks to get anything resolved if you have questions or there’s an issue. I’m also having to wait 1-2 weeks to get appointments with my nurse practitioner to get my prescriptions sent out bc she’s just that booked up. There are only two ways to get assistance from Mindbloom once you’re a customer: texting your guide or emailing Support. Even the Support email address has a 1-2 day response time. If you are struggling mentally and thinking Mindbloom will offer you relief, you’re wrong. It’s been so frustrating and ridiculous and I haven’t been able to take my ketamine bc they are clearly understaffed and no one is accountable to their clients. I would never never recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t waist your money and time. Really unsatisfied. I started my treatment back in November, now it’s January, and so far I just had 1 dosage out of 6! It’s really hard to schedule a session with their clinician and guide, we need to fit into their busy schedule. When I finally did communicate with them, my clinician said after the 1st dosage she would increased the milligrams for the 2nd session, but she ended up not sending the medication at all. I had to remind them. When the medication finally arrived at my home, the dosage didn’t change. I requested my money back. This treatment is making me even more anxious! Now I have another problem to solve, getting my money back. It’s frustrating! They don’t want to help us, it’s a scam!
