I was loving the program and getting better from anxiety and depression... I travel a lot for work, my mother passed away and I was very clear to the support team that I would not come back to USA... Two sessions and it was time to see the clinician and I was disqualified of the treatment cause I'm not in USA... I spent about USD 6.000 to go to USA (flights, acommodation, rental car), pick up the medicine and start the treatment and they made me this... They gave me a ridiculous refund.... stay away

They have very poor communication. You can be waiting forever for a reply regarding the wrong dosage they are giving you, causing you to lose the flow of the medication which means a couple of hundred dollars down the drain.

Long but worth at least skimming if you’re considering] Signed up a couple months ago and the day before my first session I realized not only did I not receive the medicine but there was no UPS notification. So I email them and it turns out I’m informing THEM of this fact. No apologies in the slightest and they said the local pharmacy was having supply issues; could deal with it as long as was given some prior notice, as I not only rearranged my entire weekly schedule for this but so did my peer monitor. But nothing…. I then emailed them and said I wanted to reconsider whether I wanted to proceed with these treatments and requested a refund. Without acknowledging this clear request - completely ignoring it, in fact - they then proceed to ship out the medicine, which will ofc arrive too late. Almost couldn’t believe these manipulative, aggressive tactics at first… I think about it for a couple days and decide I don’t want to trust my therapy to this company anymore. I’ve never blatantly ignored a request to cancel - or any request for that matter - from a patient/client at my workplace, and don’t know anyone else who has. I ask what are my options for cancellation now and there’s a $300 fee. I call out the ridiculousness of this and they then said $150, but I have to bring the ketamine they already sent to an approved drug disposal site and show them proof. Fun... Even a simple thing like a 10 min questionaire they require was extremely burdensome. Multiple back buttons and if you press the wrong one you have to start all over, nothing saved. And if you skip the page it allows you to proceed but then when you finish it says the page wasn’t filled and you have to start all over again, nothing saved. Spent more than an hr and finally am told can just email the answers. When I get to the nurses session I’m then told they’re not necessary. Good times…. Have tried ketamine therapy (infusion) before for PTSD, depression and anxiety that I’ve suffered massively from my entire adult life. And experienced positive results - did I have an epiphany or was my outlook completely changed? No, but have had the kind of spiritual epiphanies in my life before and wasn’t expecting one, and have had a lot of bad luck/karma in my life that probably no therapy can fundamentally change in terms of outlook. But it DID take a big edge off a severe depressive bout I was going through. And was interested in them therapy for long term use… However, the dizziness I experienced as side effect was so strong that it lasted after the therapy was complete. So wanted to try at home to see if I could experience similar positive results without the severe side effects. But mbloom is definitely not the answer. Aside from the fact I have zero confidence in their competence, those manipulative, aggressive tactics were a big no-no. As it stands, I’m still here trying to decide what to do with this medicine. Whatever the case, I 100% will never use mbloom again, and will probably turn back to infusions as a follow up session is less frequent, and the professionalism and compassion I experienced during the infusion sessions was the complete opposite of my Mindbloom experience.

I really wish I had read the reviews before trying this company. I had a similar experience where I was treated very poorly by this company, even after my treatment was canceled by my own clinician, they continued to send me medication and tell me I needed to schedule my next session. AFTER my clinician disqualified me for safety reasons. They continued to ship medicine to me and conveniently, their policy states that they can’t give refunds after second shipment of medicine. They deliberately sent it to me so I couldn’t cancel for a refund. These people are completely incompetent and unethical. They will not help you, they will steal your money and let you down. Trust me. Read all the other 1-star reviews. I wish I had.

I have been through multiple rounds of treatment with Mindbloom. The therapy itself is unbelievable, it does truly work. HOWEVER, if you ever need any assistance, have questions, need to change clinicians or schedule. Good luck. I had clinician Rhonda not respond for 3 weeks after multiple attempts from my guide. We were looking for response on a medical concern, and it just seems like no body cares one bit. This smells of medical malpractice and negligence on the clinicians behalf. Try and email support? Why even bother you just get automated AI responses. Call into a support line for questions or assistance? No chance it doesn’t exist. As soon as the BBB website is back up this is going to be presented to them as well. These are not sound business practices, especially when involving people’s health. Medicine works miracles, however the company does not care at all about its clients.

Mindbloom’s marketing practices are deceptive, you have to make payments for 3 months but only get sufficient treatments for 6 weeks. Also you don’t get to speak to any actual doctors, it’s all physician assistants and nurse practitioners without any specific psychiatric qualifications. Overall it’s a very expensive service with very little in the way of value.

Mindbloom is promoting an 18 session ketamine program that they haven’t fully developed - I repeatedly had trouble accessing their audio library because they don’t have an app for a sequential 18 session program. As a result, I ended up frustrated and totally DYSREGULATED by the very program that was supposed to help me regulate! The program is a circus and I do not recommend it’. The 6 session program was helpful, but the 18 session program undid the good. Mindbloom should not be selling a program they don’t have.
