Kept trying to collect additional money on top of price listed. Said it was airline fluctuations in price. Canceled and re booked twice with same issue. Only after a bad review did someone contact me and get the flights I needed at the price that was listed on their site. User beware.

1. Travel packages discounts should also include Flight/Car. 2. Most of us already have hotel memberships. 3. Also there should be an option to add-on rental instead of making TWO SEPARATE PURCHASES!!

It took forever to book it then the price went up after I had paid.

Booking process takes longer than I thought I would I haven’t been able to see any tickets yet makes me wonder how much longer ?

Checked baggage for the flights was NOT clear at all. After I had already bought the tickets I had to then call customer service to get the checked luggage option added. At an additional cost.

I feel a little hoodwinked about the booking as I did not realize it came without baggage or seat selections. I could have booked direct with Delta for the same or less.
