Responsive customer service, unfortunate price increase after already paying.

I like the fact we can use our service discount but dislike is when we get our confirmation time scheduled we’re immediately changed without notification.. this is not the first time this has happened before but we are trying to be patient but the inconvenience of time changes or delays are very frustrating.. please do better in this field especially with the airlines bookings.

I didn't appreciate the dismissal from the military fare since I was just a Veteran.

Have confirmation number from purchase, just not an email stating confirmation.

The only thing I dislike is the price difference from purchasing tickets on military fares rather than the actual airline website. tickets were more expensive on the military fares website. It’s cheaper to purchase on the actual airline site. But otherwise it was fast and easy to purchase tickets.

The fare was cheaper booking it from airline site.
