I would rate Milarosabella as One Star. I ordered 2 pair of the sweatpants jeans and want to return both. The support person responds to my emails about obtaining a return label for both pair, but puts me off saying they are going through a warehouse renovation and can't send a return label at this time. It's now been 2 weeks since my request. It's feeling very scammy. The thing I don't like about the jeans is the lighter blue jeans have a weird almost fake look to the vintage fabric and the pants have pockets with white lining so the white shows because it gaps a bit at the pockets. I would recommend staying away from this company. Not good customer service.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered through the store. The first time I asked them to exchange the size of the pair I ordered and she assured me I would receive a return slip and that they would send a different size. I never got it even after inquiring a second time. So I went ahead and ordered two more pairs because they had them on a special if you bought the second pair. The new ones finally came after three weeks. Neither pair is acceptable. The pair that I ordered, which was to replace the smaller size from before was made completely different and looked tacky in shape. The second pair of pants was not at all what I ordered and is a complete different pant working with their customer. Service note goes nowhere. I think they’re a bit of a scam. I would not order from them again and hope that this review will keep someone else receiving cheap merchandise and wrong products.

Anyone thinking of buying anything from this company I’ve got one word for you. DONT! The advertised product is not what you get I can assure you of that. And empty promises from this scam of a company saying you can keep the product and we will refund you as you are not satisfied with what you got is an outright lie. The pants are of very poor quality and not worth what they sell for. Trust me when I tell you you can buy better quality in Kmart and get definitely better customer service This whole business is based around lies and I will definitely be contacting my bank to report this as a scam business transaction on my account Thanks for absolutely nothing MilaRosabrutta not Bella that’s for sure.

I sent an email asking how to return and got an immediate response saying if I want to return them to let them know. I ordered a pair of sweatpant jeans a month ago, and they sent me a pair of knock off regular jeans, that are too small. I reached out to them via email because their phone number doesn't work, on the sight. Jessica R, replied that she would send me a return label so I could sent the knock off jeans back in exchange for the initial sweatpant jeans I ordered. 14 emails to her later, letting her know I did not receive the return label, 4 emails later of her saying she would send it, get with customer service to send it, NO, return label received. I reached out to the Instagram influencer that lead me to the Mila Rosabella sight. And she explained her video was hacked and the Mila Rosabella sight had scamed me. That they take your money and send knock off jeans. With all that said, I would suggest you think twice before ordering from this sight, or you too will be scammed. I'm not sure where the good reviews came from, but I can tell you, I did not receive the right jeans, the package has the Mila Rosabella name, but the jeans im them were not the sweatpant jeans, and the ones received are cheap jeans. $56.85 dollars later no return label , no Sweatpant jeans. Do not trust this company, their phone number doesnt work either.

Ordered an item and despite multiple emails requesting a return, there has been silence. Very poor service

I received the wrong pair of sweatpant jeans and immediately contacted (emailed because the phone number is not working) the company for an exchange. I was informed that a refund label would be emailed to me and once they received my incorrectly sent item they would send me the correct pair. After over a week of not receiving the refund label I emailed service (several times), received an apology for the inconvenience and told the label was emailed. It was not and wasn’t found in the junk file either. I again sent an email requesting the label and the correct pair of jeans and have not heard back. At this point I doubt I’ll see my money or the correct item I ordered.
