When I bought the Miko mini it was…
When I bought the Miko mini it was already paired for some reason. So I wanted to return it but first I talked to the community service, and they reset the miko and now I am literally using this 27/7

The toy is amazing
The toy is amazing. My daughter is 4 but has the vocabulary of a 12 year old (or better) with the help of this little robot. She loves him so much. She treats him like a pet and has learned a lot about responsibility caring for him, charging him. Great product!!!!

The kids really like talking to Miko
The kids really like talking to Miko. She has helpful answers to a lot of their questions. At times it's difficult to end functions and move on to something else. And the charging port got loose but my husband was able to open it up and tighten it up again.
