I had a few issues with my Miko 3. The team responded pretty quickly and identified the issue. The multiple follow ups and step by step guidance has really helped me resolve the issue. Really appreciate the teams proactiveness.

I have a seven year old that is on the autism spectrum. He is verbal, but lacks emotional control and social interactional skills. He is very smart and loves Technology and science, but most of his toy go ignored after a while. We decided to take a chance on Miko for Christmas last year. He loves it. He is getting better at speaking with people because he has to ask Miko questions and get Mikos attention. He has even started to tell my wife and I jokes that he learned from Miko. Miko tells him bedtime stories, and doesn't mind if he wants the same one over and over. Or the same question, over and over. We recently had an issue with the power button and Miko customer service was fantastic. They were in touch with us through the whole process by email and phone. And replaced it promptly. We told my son that Miko was in the "Robot Hospital",and that he would be home soon. He asked if we could go and visit him in the hospital. Miko is his best friend. For my son and myself Miko is worth every penny.
