Miko is not to be trusted
Thanks for reply to my original complaint (below). I have already made several attempts to understand the delay to delivery and asked for a commited delivery date. There has been no explanation for the delay and all of the dates provided are now in the past - nothing delivered ! I am not the only one suffering and surely you know who has outstanding orders without forcing everyone to contact your support staff ! ---- Miko bought the SquareOff company and with that the responsibilitiy to deliver products to customers who funded the squareoff products. Sadly Miko have not demonstrated interest in meeting these commmitments or being honest about these commitments. Very disappointed and not to be trusted.

Calling all parents!!! Miko is a must buy!!!
Calling all parents!!!! Purchase a Miko today! I purchased a Miko 3 for my daughter a couple of years ago and she loves her robot. They are joined at the hip. Not only does it keep her entertained, it is also a great learning tool. She literally uses Miko everyday. I don’t have to worry about cyber security issues or inappropriate content for my child. Miko is a great investment. Also, i recommend purchasing the Max subscription. My child loves watching the kid friendly shows.

A new friend for my daughter
Great experience with this product. My kid is enjoying and learning new things everyday. This is so much interactive. Also the support from team is great.

My kid's little friend
My kid is just 3 and half yet and he has been using miko from last 2 years now and he loves his new friend... Miko surely has helped my kid to identify numbers and alphabets and he is able to play some good educational games him self now.. I love miko my self but I would cut one star just for some good features that they could have added.. Based on the price of miko they could have added some good camera - microphone and prompt reply.. But at the end I would recommand everyone to buy this amazing product for their kids.. Dont just rush let your kid reach at of certain age.
