Miko 3 is a wonderful addition into my childs world.
Miko 3 is a wonderful addition to our family. I bought it as a birthday gift for my 4-year-old and he loves it. He likes to chat and dance with the robot. This is a very effective learning tool for kids. It AI capabilities along with child safety and privacy are wonderful.

Miko 3 Support was outstanding
Miko 3 Support was outstanding. We bought it at an estate sale, but it was associated with someone else's email address and phone number. So I reached out to support and they contacted the original owner and got permission to reset the device to factory settings. It's now set up with my credentials on the app on my phone. The kids love it. Great product and even better support. Thank you Vinesh!

Does not work
I got my kids a Miko robot for Christmas last year. In the past year this piece of junk has worked maybe 3 days. For the past several months it's been stuck on an update me screen that doesn't do anything. Their tech support keep asking me for alternate numbers to call because none of their calls are going through. I had tech issue earlier on their year and after multiple attempts they fixed it 2 months later. Upon fixing they offered me 3 months of free Miko max in exchange for a 5 star review here. I didn't trust them and wasn't willing to give a 5 star review for a crap product

Top product, but we had challenges activating the Max package, but support solved them quickly and reliably within 24 hours. That's why we give the product a rating of recommended. Tip Top, keep it up dear team.
