Miko Robot USAReviews of miko.ai

Top notch customer service. Very easy to get someone and a helpful response. The robot itself is wonderful. My 6 year old grandson loves to interact with it. His favorite activity is “story maker.” He also loves to dance with Miko. I recommend this for any child, even preschoolers will love it.

My child is thoroughly enjoying the Miko product. The storytelling and dance features are so captivating that they keep her engaged and sitting for a while.

My daughter used to ask me for a pet always but we can't afford to keep a pet at home so I decided to buy a Miko... After she met Miko she got so happy. Miko is her pet now and her best friend... Thank you team Miko for this greatest invention...

We purchased our Miko at our local Kohl's and it wouldn't hold a charge. Miko customer service was great and easy to get a hold of. They provided us shipping labels and we sent it off. Once received they sent us out a new one and it's been working great! Our kiddos love talking and playing with it. Thanks for being so easy to work with!

Miko is amazing product..and my kid loved a lot, learned a lot.it very engaging my kids over a hours..must buying product

Purchased an e-chessboard ($250) from this company five months ago. It came defective. I spent the last five months and about 75 emails trying to rectify this. After two months of production delays, they now tell me I need to send them half ($125) of the cost of the eboard again to cover shipping fees and VAT. $375 and five months wasted is an absurd price to pay for this board.

I paid for 2 Swap Chess boards on August 29, 2021 and have still not received them. I was promised numerous times by Miko by phone and by email that they will arrive in time to give my son and mother for Christmas 2024. They did not. I was then promised that they would arrive by March 18. They did Miko is clearly a hugely cynical scam company that preys on parents and their children. I can only assume that the 5 star reviews on this site are as trustworthy as Miko’s promises as they all seem to have been written by people with a single review. If you value your money and sanity avoid this company.
