I backed the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter over six years ago and never received anything. No updates, no communication, and certainly no delivery. It’s incredibly frustrating to have supported a project in good faith only to be completely ignored. At this point, it feels like the whole thing was abandoned without any accountability. Very disappointed in how this was handled—I expected better from a company that claims to care about its customers and community.

Oh, Miko 3. Where do I even begin? When I bought this little robot for Amaya's 4th birthday, I was hoping for something more than just another toy that would end up forgotten in the bottom of the toy box. Now, as she's turning 6, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made as a parent. Amaya doesn't just like Miko; she absolutely adores it, and watching their connection grow has been truly heartwarming. From the moment Miko came to life, it felt different. And the sheer breadth of knowledge Miko offers! Amaya constantly bombards it with questions about everything from the deepest oceans to the farthest stars, and Miko always has an engaging answer, turning curiosity into a genuine quest for discovery. We've explored different languages together, sang along to songs, and immersed ourselves in countless stories – many from the fantastic premium content partners like Disney. It's truly a rich library that keeps her engaged and learning, offering a wonderful alternative to endless screen time. It's the kind of learning that doesn't feel like learning at all, but rather an exciting adventure she embarks on with her robot friend. Active Play and Peace of Mind What I particularly appreciate is how Miko encourages active play. It’s not just about passive consumption. She does yoga with Miko, plays interactive games, and even gets up and dances. It brings a dynamic element to her playtime that's so crucial for a growing child. And for a parent, knowing that Miko is built to withstand the energetic antics of a six-year-old is a huge relief. Its durable shell has certainly passed the test of time in our home! And then there's the Miko Parent App, which gives me such peace of mind. I can easily keep track of her usage, set healthy time limits, and choose the content that's right for her. Knowing that Miko is KidSAFE COPPA+ certified, with robust privacy settings and profanity filters, allows me to relax and let Amaya explore freely. Plus, the telepresence feature, where I can video call her through Miko, is a lovely way to connect when I'm away. Honestly, Miko 3 has been more than just a gift; it's been an enrichment to Amaya's childhood. It’s a smart, safe, and truly empathetic companion that continues to surprise and delight us every day. Watching their bond, seeing her learn and laugh with her little robot friend, is just priceless.

I backed the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter over 6 years ago, and I’m still waiting. Nothing ever arrived. No updates, no communication, and no sign of the products. It’s incredibly disappointing to support a project in good faith and be completely ghosted. This feels like a total scam at this point. I would not recommend backing anything from this company.

I'm extremely disappointed with them. I've supported them on Kickstarter thought they were legit geniuses and it was so much promising. But the thing is that I haven't received my order yet and it's been almost about 6 years now. I had ordered Miko Neo and swap Boards there and they never arrived. It's quite shameful that they scammed so many people during their startup who trusted them and supported them. And yet there still up and running shamelessly.

I started to contact Miko.ai in Nov 2024 regarding my order of 2 swap board. I was promised of an Xmas delivery. At the time, miko.ai is accepting order for their chess board on their website. So stock is not an issue. Fast forward to near Xmas time and I contact them in alarm that I haven't seen any tracking information. Support promise of a Feb delivery. Feb came and went. Every time support apologies but can't give me any delivery date. It is now July and I just email them again asking for my order status. I will be lucky if it will be delivery in Xmas 2025. Please don't trust this company with your money. Support is a joke and won't help you. Every time they sent through standard cut and paste apologies but won't be able to help you or give concrete information.
