Thanks for being a MightyFix subscriber! We use a combo shipping service of DHL/USPS that can accommodate our bulk shipping needs while allowing us to offer free shipping to our subscribers. DHL is a company that picks up our bulk crates from the warehouse and transports the packages through the first part of the journey and then hands them off to USPS for final delivery. We do allow 1-2 business days for order processing in our warehouse and 4-10 business days for shipping once a package leaves our warehouse. There are not always daily updates on the tracking, especially during the hand-off between carriers as USPS takes over updates in their system. As of now, our free shipping is 6-10 business days, but there are other options that you can choose to receive your items faster. If you wish, you can choose Standard (3-5 business days) which adds an additional $2.99 fee to the base MightyFix Shipping, or USPS Priority (2-3 business days) rate for members with a floor of $4.99, and goes up based on the weight of the items. We are currently looking at other shipping partners and hope to be able to speed up service in the future!
