Hi Carla - thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear you are disappointed with your recent Fix. We chose this particular sunscreen from Bare Republic for the MightyFix lineup because of the innovative gel-lotion formula that offers full-spectrum UVA/UVB protection from mineral filters without being chalky or pasty. It is refreshingly lightweight and easy to wear year round for daily sun-protection. It is fortified with nourishing shea butter to deeply moisturize sun-parched skin, calendula to calm inflammation and carrot seed extract to help fight free radicals. Additionally, within your account settings you can opt of receiving skin and body care. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to get your preferences updated.

Hi Alice - thank you for your review! We focus on one full-sized, eco-friendly item or set of items (e.g., 2 pieces of Bee's Wrap or a set of reusable produce bags) every month in an effort to help members build sustainability-focused habits that stick. For those newer to the concept of a lower-waste lifestyle, the process can feel overwhelming. We've found that making one change at a time with context as to why it matters is an easy way to get familiar with eco-swaps while making real changes that last long-term. Fix memberships are flexible—months can be skipped, subscriptions can be paused (or canceled, of course), and the frequency can be set to every or every other month as needed. Those who'd prefer not to be surprised every month can also take advantage of our Choose My Fix option, which allows them to select what they'd like to receive instead. Members also benefit from exclusive access to discounts of up to 35% off everything in our marketplace, in addition to free shipping each month.
