Pieces are alright, but they charge $40 on a refund of a ring of $100.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it's still not even been dispatched when you order they say they'll dispatch it within 1-2 business days barely got a response from email support and Instagram they choose to read the message but chose to not reply. After about a week of emails I finally got a response telling me they accidentally ran out of stock of the item and are waiting for the shipment from the factory and the item won't be available atleast until a month later but when checking the website you can still buy the "out of stock" item they're happy enough to take your money even when they know they don't have the stock to fulfill the order. After another email they told me they can guarantee they can dispatch it by last Friday but guess what they still haven't and have not replied to any of my follow up emails honestly it's not worth the hassle if you do order anything from these guys pay using PayPal and your credit card so you can do a chargeback just in case I don't see myself getting the piece any time soon such a shame

Ares Teal mens bracelet - Really disappointing purchase for husbands birthday. Poor quality and really cheap looking. Large size way too small for a normal man’s wrist. Beware the quality and packaging. No gift box, would have expected more for price.

Don't buy their Lynx necklace. It got a kink in it days after wearing it. They replaced it for me and the same thing happened to the next and then it broke. They refused a refund and would only offer store credit. I much cheeper, higher quality neclaces on Vacier. I do really like the cactus charm I purchsed though.

I ordered 2 bracelets and they were just ok, very tiny and difficult to fasten. I retured them the same day in perfect condition and perfect packaging and they charged me a fee of $8 for restocking and handling. Will not do business with them again.

The leather too fat, soft, so can't get it off the clasp hook without almost destroying it, I It won't last long, WANT REFUND, have different one with tighter wound leather and it pops off easy CAUSE LEATHER DOESN'T SQUIRM ALL OVER..... WANT REFUND

Purchased two rings from them (one for each of us four months ago and the gold has all but rubbed off. On top of that, I contacted them about buy two rings in a diamond version but they only had my size. When I mentioned that I wanted 1 in a size 11 they said they would have it “in a few weeks” before the end of the year, so I spent $1600 while it was on sale and wait for the other…. It’s now February and that ring is half the price and still not in stock for the ring size. I would have NEVER bought this if I weren’t told that the other would be back in stock and now I feel completely ripped off bc the price is now $500.
