avoid the open bus tour
avoid the open bus tour , tree branches across the street aren’t cut and i cut my head and eye and several other people were whipped by branches too low for a open top bus ( even with ducking ) health and safety hazard should not be running whilst they are like that , came home with a big cut on my scalp
Response from Miami Tour CompanyJul 12, 2024
Dear Gareth, Thank you for sharing your experience. It appears there may be some confusion, as your review describes a situation that did not occur with our company; Miami Tour Company does not offer open top bus tours. There are 2 companies with similar names, Miami Tours and Miami Tours Co, which are separate entities, not affiliated with Miami Tour Company. Unfortunately, we often receive reviews intended for them. We kindly ask you to double-check the company name and contact the appropriate company to address your concerns. We would also greatly appreciate it if you would move your review to the correct company listing. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us directly. Best regards, Michelle Moore Miami Tour Company (305) 260-6855
