Everything was organized nicely, and the tour felt relaxed from the beginning. Our guide was friendly and made they day more enjoyable.

Scorretti e maleducati. Ho comprato il biglietto, non mi è arrivata nessuna conferma dell'acquisto e di conseguenza non mi sono presentata al punto di incontro pensando l'agenzia fosse chiusa o fosse una truffa. Ho anche chiesto informazioni alla mail di riferimento per ben due volte e la mail è ritornata indietro in quanto la casella era piena. Ho organizzato la mia giornata in modo differente avendo poco tempo a disposizione. Sono andata a controllare se esistesse un ufficio di riferimento nel pomeriggio e in realtà esiste. Ho chiesto spiegazioni sull'accaduto ma non mi hanno saputo dare nessuna risposta e nemmeno un rimborso. Evitateli proprio. Spendete un po' di più, ma affidatevi ad altre agenzie più corrette e meglio organizzate.

Absolute waste of time. Waited an hour in the sun only for the bus to come and then only let 10 people on. Bought a ticket for two for over $200 and was stuck waiting till 3pm because they overbooked and had no order when letting people onto the bus. When we asked for a refund they refused and just told us to keep waiting for a bus. Do not recommend. Do not use these people at all. Waste of time and money.

This was by far the worst sightseeing tour I've ever experienced. We booked a city and boat tour in Miami. The guide on the bus spoke Spanish 90 percent of the time. He whistled at all the women and constantly tried to recruit additional passengers during the drive through Miami. Sorry, but that's not what we paid for. Then, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the boat. Nobody told us when or where the bus would pick us up after the boat trip. We eventually found the bus by searching around and then learned that it wouldn't be returning for another 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had to sit around and wait the whole time.

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE! BUS WAS SUPER OVER CROWDED PPL FOUGHT TO BE ON THE TOP THEN WHEN IT STARTED RAINING THEY HAD PPL COME DOWN AND SQUEEZE IN THE BOTTOM, KIDS WERE GETTING SMASHED ADULTS IN OTHER ADULTS LAPS, DRIVER WAS CUSSING AND YELLING. THEY SAID THEY WERE TAKING US TO LITTLE CUBA BUT TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT IS KNOWN FOR BAD HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THEN ASK US TO GET OFF THE BUS AND WALK TO THEIR LITTLE PUB AND HAVE A DRINK. DRIVER LEFT PPL ON THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PLACE KNOWN FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING? THEN TRIED TO SELL PONCHOS HE BOUGHT AT THE DOLLAR STORE FOR 5-10.00. BUS KEPT MAKING STOPS IT WAS SO BAD TO THE POINT PPL WERE DAMANDING TO BE TAKEN BACK TO WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR TICKET THE HOST ARGUED AND SCREAMED AT EVERYONE AND THEN ENDED UP JUST LEAVING THE BUS. PPL ON OUR BUS CALLED TO COMPLAIN AT THE STORE AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN WE GOT BACK PPL WERE DEMANDING REFUNDS AND WOULDNT YOU KNOW IT WHEN WE GOT BACK IT WAS LOCKED UP AND CLOSED. A 2 HOURS BUS RIDE TURNED INTO ALMOST 7 HOURS OF HELL. WENT THE NEXT DAY AND TRIED TO GET A REFUND AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD US TOO BAD AND TO KICK ROCKS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN SCAM ARTISTS AT THEIR FINEST!!

The cruise takes place on an old ship on which participation in TIMESHARE is offered, do not be fooled in their timeshare lottery, they will sell your personal information

Tour to the everglades: Anstatt eines klimatisierten Busses ein oben offener Bus. Supergefährlich auf der Autobahn, Sonneneinstrahlung und fürchterlicher Fahrtwind. Der Busfahrer verfuhr sich und brauchte für den Hinweg statt 1 Stunde 2,5 Stunden unter diesen Bedingungen. Der Fahrer verfuhr sich nochmal und setzte auf dem Seitenstreifen der Autobahn in falscher Fahrtrichtung zurück. Lebensgefährlich! Dann über 1 Stunde Wartezeit, bis wir ein Boot bekamen. 40 Minuten Bootsfahrt ohne Alligatoren, stattdessen ein paar in engen Räumen gehaltene Tiere, Tierquälerei. Den Babyalligatoren waren die Münder mit Tape zugeklebt, damit man sie streicheln konnte. Abartig. Die Rückfahrt mit brüllender Hitze auf offenem Deck. Das ist fahrlässige Körperverletzung. Eine große Gruppe von Fahrgästen verlangte Entschädigung, mindestens die Erstattung des Preises. Der Veranstalter saß es einfach mit einer nicht zu übertreffenden Arroganz aus. Nie wieder und absolut zum Abraten!
