Got on the bus bus at the Marriott and the tour was good overall - got a good overview of Miami and learned about some of the history. After the bus tour, we were dropped aff at the pier. Had to stand in line to get boat tickets (they were prepaid but you had to stand in line anyway). The boat tour was very short. On the outbound piece, we learned who loved in all the homes, on the inbound ride, there was really nothing left as we covered everything on the outbound ride. Very short boat tour, literally went a few miles, turned around and returned. Good overall but would skip the boat tour.

We got picked up a bit late. We we're waiting outside our hotel for about 10 minutes for the bus. We also got picked up late from bayside market and it was raining so we were getting wet.

Took the ' Day trip to Key West' tour from Miami . This gave us 6 hours in Key West which was fine. However the Coach provided was extremely uncomfortable and not of an acceptable standard in view of the 7-8 hours travel time. The coach was also 100% full and our enjoyment was further compromised by being surrounded by a group of teenagers who for the most part misbehaved throughout - particularly on the return journey. We also took the 'Original Miami Tour' which was in fact excellent.

Dear David, I am happy you enjoyed your time in Key West, but am disappointed to hear you were uncomfortable on the bus. The driver should have spoken up and settled the teenagers down. I will speak with all of our drivers about your complaint to make sure this does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback, and for also mentioning The Miami Original Miami Tour was excellent. Cindy and I had taken both tours last March, 2013 and were very pleased. Then with my mother-in-law and son in tow in May 2014, we repeated the same two tours. The bus tour was very good. However, the boat tour was very disappointing as the annotation was very sparse (I would say less than 20% of the previous trip) and the narrator was very difficult to understand. The trip did not go down cruise ship mooring passage.

We enjoyed visiting the Everglades (even with a light shower). But there was only one restaurant at that site and we really didn't have time for lunch. Next, we were dropped downtown for the second boat trip around Miami and Miami Beach. Again, no time for lunch. At the end of this trip, however, we were told that we'd have to wait over 90 minutes for another driver to return us to our hotels (ours was in Miami Beach). Yes, at 4PM we would have had time for "lunch," but now it was approaching dinner. We were tired and didn't need to stroll around the shops for over 90 minutes, so we took a cab back to our hotel. I trhin you should have allowed time for lunch (on own) in the downton area where a number of restaurants/fast food places were. Then, had the tour take the next boat tour (3:30 or 4:00 I believe). At the end of that tour, bring them back to their hotels. I spent much of my career as a meeting planner. That's how I would have scheduled it. Mark Jorgensen, Anaheim Hills, CA

Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you didn't have more time for lunch. Typically, when our schedule is running on-time, you should have 30 minutes to eat in the Everglades and 45 minutes to eat before the boat tour. I am sorry we were running behind schedule the day you joined us. I spoke with all of our staff about your complaint. We promise to try and make sure this does not happen again. Touches upon key must see areas. There were options to chose from which I found out towards the end of the tour, could've extended if I had known earlier. Over all, friendly staff

Hi Rina, It's Michelle. I was the one who helped you get a taxi after you missed the bus. I'm sorry you felt there was not enough time for the lunch break. We've had a few others customers make the same complaint. However, based on all the reviews, more people say the amount of time for lunch is enough. The day you took the tour, the driver informed the group you had 45 minutes for lunch. The amount of time is also mentioned on the tour and listed on the map. The driver waited an extra 10 minutes for you, but had to leave because other passengers were complaining. I hope you understand. Thank you for being so nice on the phone with me that day, and thank you for mentioning our friendly staff in your review. I feel bad things didn't go perfect for you. Please contact me directly next time you visit. Warm regards, Michelle Moore Miami Tour Company Customer Care

No one informed me of the exact location for bus boarding, and each time I sought direction I was given a different place. I walked to somemany different places for Big Bus, and the stop signs are misleading since there are so many different Big Buses.
