Great Tour!
I fully enjoyed the tour. Prompt service pick up. Derek was an awesome driver and guide. Loved the city tour. Enjoyed the everglades tour too. Would like to see everglades offered in morning and city in afternoon due to activity of Alligators in afternoon. Good value for price.

Hi Catherine, Thanks for writing a review. We're so happy you enjoyed the tour. I'll pass your message to Derek today. FYI, we do offer an Everglades tour every morning at 10:00 AM. We tried doing the city tour in the afternoon, but the traffic made it too difficult. Please come visit us again. Michelle Moore Miami Tour Company Customer Care

Great way to spend a day in Miami
We and a group of friends had a free day to spend in Miami before boarding a cruise. We found the Miami Tour Company on the internet and booked the origional Miami and Everglades tour online. The bus arrived on time with Jim Moore behind the wheel. Jim was a lot of fun and gave us Canadians a great tour of the city with lots of information and then an exciting adventure on an airboat in the everglades. It was a wonderful way to spend a day in Miami and Jim went above and beyond to show us a good time. We highly recommend the Miami Tour Company . Thanks Jim

Saw it ALL on this tour!!!!!
We took our northern company or this tour as it listed many of the things they wanted to see. And to our surprise we all saw more places than we had seen in the 15 years we lived here in southFlorida. It was a great mix of things and places and we loved every minute!! That morning we got stuck on 95 south and knew we would never make the starting time in Miami. I called you and you sent us to a stop on the tour and the bus picked us up there---and took us back there after the end of the tour--ABOVE and beyond for the driver. Who by the way was WONDERFUL--he should get a raise! We have since recommended the tour to others who also loved it--GREAT JOB!!!!!

Hi Margie, It was smart thinking on your part to call us when you got stuck in traffic... this happens to customers a few times a week, and if they call in advance, we always direct them to another pick-up location. I'm glad you appreciated all the places you saw on the tour... we designed it to maximize your sightseeing experience. A few customers have complained there isn't more time for a leisurely lunch or shopping. However, we chose to sacrifice a long lunch in order to show you more places. Your driver that day was Derek. I'll make sure to tell him about the raise :) Thank you for telling your friends about us. Next time you send someone our way, have them contact me directly so I can do something special for you. Great customer service!
We took the full-day boat & bus tour. We were driving over from Naples and we got to Miami late and missed the bus. They called me on my cell several times to check on us. When we got there too late, they allowed us to break up our tour over 2 days. so we tool the boat tour later that afternoon, and the first thing next morning the bus came to our hotel and took us for our day bus tour. And the tour was very, very good. Our driver was very informative and high energy. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Too little time for " lunch break" we were left behind and chasing the bus for half the time
Touches upon key must see areas. There were options to chose from which I found out towards the end of the tour, could've extended if I had known earlier. Over all, friendly staff

Hi Rina, It's Michelle. I was the one who helped you get a taxi after you missed the bus. I'm sorry you felt there was not enough time for the lunch break. We've had a few others customers make the same complaint. However, based on all the reviews, more people say the amount of time for lunch is enough. The day you took the tour, the driver informed the group you had 45 minutes for lunch. The amount of time is also mentioned on the tour and listed on the map. The driver waited an extra 10 minutes for you, but had to leave because other passengers were complaining. I hope you understand. Thank you for being so nice on the phone with me that day, and thank you for mentioning our friendly staff in your review. I feel bad things didn't go perfect for you. Please contact me directly next time you visit. Warm regards, Michelle Moore Miami Tour Company Customer Care
