Wonderful company and product! I placed an order for a rain jacket for $200 and then that same day a few hours later it was on sale for 150. I contacted the company that same day and they were amazing! They actually refunded me $50 so I could get the jacket for the discounted price. Cannot speak highly enough about the customer service and the quality of their jackets!

Tonya helped me find a solution when the Jacket we wanted wasn’t available, and she re arranged the delivery so that it would arrive in time to meet up with my son and his girlfriend when they travel to the US. The text based customer service worked really well and Tonya was really responsive and helpful.

Amazing customer service!! The coat I wanted was listed as “Sold Out” so I reached out to customer service to see when it would become available again. Tanya contacted me to let me know that they actually had one left on the US warehouse and that they could expedite the shipping to get it to me by Christmas, which I did! Tanya was super engaged and helpful. The coat is stylish and super warm. I just wish the the fit wasn’t so boxy…am hoping that I can discuss an exchange with Tanya either for a smaller size or a different coat…

Truly outstanding customer service experience with Mia Melon for my purchase of the One Man rain jacket. As a business professional who meets with clients in their home(s) on a daily basis, I needed a rain jacket that is lightweight, waterproof, and looks professional when coupled with a dress shirt, tie, and slacks. The Henry jacket meets all of my necessary qualifications perfectly. Most of the other jackets I have ever owned have all been size Large, so I assumed that size Large would work best for this jacket as well. However, the sleeves were slightly too long for me and my family members also felt the shoulders looked a little big on me too. I am 5’11” and weigh about 215 lbs. The model who wears this jacket on the Mia Melon website is listed as being 6’2”and wearing a size Medium. In the end, the size Medium did work out best for me. The customer service department was able to work with me to ensure that they shipped me a size Medium in exchange for the size Large. The size Medium fits me perfectly! Thank you Mia Melon customer service department for working with me to ensure I got the best size.

Waterproof. Warm. Gorgeous! I did have to email about my shipment but once I did, it was seamless to receive it. Now i want more coats lol

I ordered 2 jackets through Kickstarter back in May 2020. Due to Covid, there were delays. However, Tonya reached out to me via text and I have to say she provided exceptional customer service. Sometimes it took her awhile to get back to me, but she always did, including answering a lot of questions. So I got one of the jackets (Insulated Kendra) February 2021 and it is GORGEOUS! Classy and very warm. I love it. They didn’t have the other one of ordered (insulated Whitney) in stock though and were having problems with the manufacturer... I reached out to Tonya about getting a different jacket and she replied in good time. She was so helpful and polite throughout our text exchange and has confirmed that they will pay for shipping if I don’t like the jacket and have to exchange it. Nothing but good things to say about this company. I’ll be directing people their way and buying more jackets when I need them.

I needed a rain coat on short notice for a recent trip. The forecast called for rain. I couldn’t find anything I liked in local stores. I was looking for a trench-style with a tie waist, waterproof and breathable, with some structure, and I needed it in 2-3 days. I contacted customer service to inquire about priority shipping. Tanya was super helpful. I purchased the Alexa Light coat in Navy/Indigo, and it arrived as promised, in 2 days. The small fits well ( I’m 5’6” and 125lbs). I love the coat, the color, and the fit. It packed well, kept me warm in cool temps, and looks great. It never did rain on my trip, so can’t speak to water proofing, but I will follow Mia Melon’s recommendations on using DWR as needed. Very happy with this purchase, and great customer service! 10/20/21 Update: It finally rained! I was out for a 20-min walk in light to moderate rain, and it kept me dry as a bone. Most of the rain rolled right off the coat. 2 thumbs up!
