Ordered jacket was immediately was charged onto credit card, but they never shipped it. Tried to contact multiple times via email, facebook, and phone with no response. I finally had my credit card remove the charge after 3 months. I do not recommend this company.

This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. It is so horrible, it feels like a con job. They do not actually have a way to contact them - because they don't answer their phones and they don't answer emails, and they don't answer texts. Their "Emergency" telephone number for returns is answered "This is Tanya" - but then there is no more room for messages. And the main contact number answers that no one is available to take your call. Bye! It doesn't matter what time of day you call! So, it doesn't matter that they have limited calling times (12-5 PST) cause they never answer their phone. I ordered a raincoat and did not receive it until over 54 days later. I don't even need it anymore, cause I ordered it for my vacation - which I have already taken and returned from. And now I learn that they don't take returns of sale items. When I wrote them an email saying that I NO LONGER WANTED THEIR PRODUCT - I hadn't received the item yet - and yet they mailed it to me anyway. I believe they should be reported to companies for fraud.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Backed this company via Kickstarter in April 2021. In March 2022 they claimed they were ready to start shipping orders. To this day, 29 July 2022, there have been no notifications of shipping, all requests for information sent via Kickstarter are ignored and emails directly to the company are ignored. I am not alone in this. There are many of us from the Kickstarter raise having this experience. It appears that the coats we all paid for are now being sold via their store rather than sent out to those who already purchased them. Do not support this company!

Ordered a coat late May and they took the money immediately of course. Weeks later no word. I called 4 times, texted 4 times emailed 4 times. Zero response. Had my credit card back out the charge. What a disaster company.

Rip-off shop This company made a kickstarter, and told everybody they are shipping everything (3 months ago), as can be seen over on kickstarter, noone have recieved anything. Cheating scammers!!!

I have orders from January never fulfilled and can't get ahold of anyone on email or text. I received one partial order with no response to missing item. They do not answer. it is ridiculous. Do not buy from them. You won't get the items, response or refund. Terrible

I'd say terrible customer service but there isn't any. I received an oder confirmation stating I'd receive shipping updates and delivery notification by text AND email. I sent an email asking for an update after a few weeks and three days later I get an email asking to confirm delivery when I have received nothing. I have tried to contact this company multiple times through text and email but I receive no response. Apparently many others have experienced the same.

I made two orders. The first order came and their items run extremely small, so I decided to reach out and cancel my second order to avoid having to pay to return it. The item was a pre-order and has not shipped. I contacted the company December 27 and they told me they would get back to me with an email and the details of the refund. After a week with no update I called them again again was told they would get back to me in 15 minutes. No one got back to me and when I tried calling back an hour or two later their phone rang and then an auto tone says "this phone is not currently taking calls." I had to try calling for another two days before I could finally get ahold of anyone. I was told the refund was processed and it would take 14 days for the refund. On the 12th of January, they texted asking if I'm sure I don't want the coats???? I asked them if my refund had not yet been processed since it was supposed to have been done on the 27th of December. No response. Today is 14 days since the initial inquiry about my refund and I still don't have my money back. I called and was told they'd get back to me in a few hours, and when they did get back they told me that now the wait time for a refund is 8 weeks. Earlier that day and two weeks prior I was told 14 days. This company is absolutely a scam and will try to do anything to avoid refunding you. I have never even received the item and an 8 week waiting period for a return is absolutely unacceptable. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal and dealing with this company has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Just don't trust these scammers with your money!
