This company has a lot of bad reviews of late and I wish I had realized that. I placed an order and it’s been a couple weeks and I have heard nothing back. Called, texted and emailed. They state on website orders ship in 2 to 3 days usually. I get there can be delays but where is customer service? I have tried and tried to get a hold of someone. I guess I need to try and get my credit card company to reverse the charge because of course charged as soon as I ordered. Why should I pay for nothing?

Ordered and then no followup whatsoever for a month. I reached out over text/email/FB/IG, nothing. I read these trustpilot reviews and immediately asked Paypal to investigate, so hopefully I'll at least get my money back. Strange thing is, they continue to post on IG and they even responded to one of my comments telling me to get in touch with them via a different email. But of course, no response. I think this is either fraud or something else. Since they used to seem to have good reviews, I wonder if the company got bought out and became a scam. I mean, they're not "out of business" because they continue to accept money and continue to advertise on social media. I wonder if a class-action lawsuit can be filed? Update: they told me to reach out to tanya@ but I had already written to that email seeing that response to other trustpilot reviews with no response Second update: lol, they said they can't find my order using my nickname here, but my email address is literally this nickname @ gmail.com, so it just seems like they're avoiding responsibility. Also, I wrote from my email address to 3 of their different email addresses, so why not just respond there!?!?

Do not order from this company. Made an order, was charged, merchandise was never shipped. There is no way of contacting or getting a response from this company despite multiple attempts on multiple channels. It is either a scam, a fraud, or they have gone out of business. If you have been unlucky enough to order already, try to dispute the charge with your bank sooner than later.

Not to be trusted. Trying to return something and they do not respond. Phone number for customer service is bogus, "not in service." They don't respond to emails or chats.

Shipping takes months and returns are a nightmare. This is a big deal because the sizing is way out of line with standard American sizes, you will DEFINITELY need to exchange. And good luck with that. They only offer store credit. After I ordered a size up from usual and still couldn't wear it because of the weird cut I tried for months to do a 2nd exchange but they just won't return my emails. These coats are not cheap. Seems like their plan is just to keep people's money after a return.

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that this company is going out of business. I ordered a jacket through Kickstarter and even though the jacket is in stock on their website, I have not received my jacket. The sad part is that I trusted them because I've ordered many jackets from them on Kickstarter and have always received them. Bummer, because I really wanted the jacket.

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY IS EITHER FRAUD OR GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. OR BOTH. This company has strung me along for over 6+ months telling me that they were going to send a jacket that I paid $199.00 for. After the item never showed up >>> They texted and emailed me back telling me the item was "back-ordered' or 'delayed due to 'covid' shipping issues'. It was during the pandemic, so I patiently waited. Do NOT WAIT to request a refund or file a dispute if your order does not show up. They made excuses for weeks until my credit card company no longer would allow me to file a dispute. They no longer answer calls, text, or email. Complete fraud. They will steal your money. CHECK OUT THE BBB report!

This company sent me the wrong item which I returned immediately with a request for a refund. I have tracking that proves the item was handed to a person at their physical location, but they have not provided a refund and will not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. They were responsive via email up until I reached-out to inquire about my refund and since then have not answered calls, chats or emails. This item was returned 6 months ago. Unfortunately I would steer clear of this company. They have taken advantage of me as a consumer and apparently have zero customer support.
