I love the Mia Melon products and the company's excellent customer service. I received the wrong products in my order. Although I didn't initially hear a reply to my initial e-mail, once I sent a follow-up, Tanya immediately took action to get me the right product. It turns out my e-mail went to her spam folder. Thank you!

I ordered a jacket from Mia Melon yet needed to return because it didn't fit well. I exchanged it for another style and size yet again didn't like the fit and so I asked for a refund. Tanya, the customer service agent I worked with, was genuinely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I tried on a friend's Mia Melon lightweight jacket and was impressed by the feel of the fabric, quality, and style. I decided I needed one for a trip to Scotland... in one week's time. Tanya was super responsive and assured me that she could get my favourite (the Lucia in aqua) to me within a few days. And she delivered! Now I have a beautiful, practical jacket that I expect will be a wardrobe staple (I should add that I spend a lot of time in rainy Portland and Vancouver) for years to come.

Wonderful customer service - Tanya, the lovely owner went above and beyond to accommodate my request to exchange my coats. Very high quality products. My entire family uses the Stella raincoats; it’s our favorite lightweight raincoat - perfect for our California weather. This is the best raincoat you will find out there.
