Our order arrived with very fast shipping! One item received was too small. It took a second email to receive the RA required for the return and exchange, but then that happened within minutes! The quality of the raincoats was wonderful, as it was years ago when we first discovered this company. The fabric is substantial with a very nice visual texture and the two colors received were lovely. The insulated coats are so practical. But with the two styles ordered --Whitney and Stella -- we had to go up one size on each to fit.

For men's rain jackets, they hit a niche of affordable and great looking. Very happy with the product. If you want to avoid the typical North Face / Patagonia look, these jackets are for you. The customer service rep, Tanya was great. The color I ordered was out of stock so she reached out and offered the available color and a discount code (for a later purchase) to rectify the inventory mixup. In the end, I am happy with the color I got (blue instead of black). I ordered two jackets: 1. Henry in medium, blue. Fits well, I would say slightly towards a slimmer fit. Looks awesome! Removable hood, two-way zipper, thigh length. All excellent features. The color is also nicer in person in my opinion. It is a slightly deeper blue than the photos on the website. My only wish is that it had interior pockets, at least an interior breast pocket. 2. Skyler in medium, green. This is a great light weight spring/summer jacket. The length is awesome as it is slightly longer, so things in your pockets will be protected. Again, this runs slightly slimmer. The arms are a little tight around the elbows when I bend them, but I can live with that. I wouldn't expect a rain jacket to be stretchy there anyways. The removable hood is also awesome. Again, my only wish is around the pockets. An interior breast pocket and exterior hand/waist pockets would be nice to have.

I ordered rain ponchos, which are beautifully made but too bulky for travel. I received no response to an e-mail where I asked about returning these items, as they would not be going on trips with me due to their size. I then went to their website and saw that nothing is returnable if it's "buy one get one". Guess what? Everything on their website is "buy one get one" (at least at the moment) so NOTHING is returnable. Won't be shopping here again. UPDATE 3/1/2024: I did eventually receive a response from customer service offering to refund the bulk of the purchase and issue a store credit for the balance. I very much appreciate this and will take them up on their offer. AND I will be ordering from them again, as I do think their products are excellent.

Tanya replied within hours to my email- overnight, on a weekend. She assisted and resolved my order issue without hesitation. Amazing and trusting customer service!! Sending me a new coat and a shipping label for the coat that is not my correct size. I look forward to buying more of their products.

I ordered a Houston jacket in teal and medium and received the Stella in red and xl. I have emailed and facebook messenged several times and Tanya from customer service responded once and now hasn’t replied at all for over a week. It turns out their servers were down. They are sending my new jacket, now. I also ordered 2 bags, that are water resistant and they are working great so far.

Quick response, individually catered -- I can tell they care about their customer's satisfaction. Very refreshing dealing with this business.

Very beautifully made coats and such a nice comfortable warmth! I wore mine at the Christmas parade, temperatures hovering around 0 deg C. I bought the hailey but could've gotten a size small instead of xs.

My experience with Mia Melon has been wonderful. They were patient and kind when I had trouble placing my order. They were even out of stock of something I wanted and they set it aside for me personally. It was a great experience overall and I’d recommend them!
