This is to update a past review, in which I noted one of my two jackets was slightly big but due to reviews of difficult returns I was just going to deal with it. Well, customer service reached out to me via text and email and made the exchange process incredibly easy. There was great communication and response at every step. I was skeptical to buy from a Facebook ad but glad I took a chance. I LOVE my two jackets and get tons of compliments. It's nice to have stylish rain wear in the Pacific Northwest.

This is the best company ever! It all started with a jacket for my wife to wear in London and then I loved it so much I have purchased 2 more for me. I absolutely love them all, the quality and style are amazing. The company is responsive and even assisted when I had an issue that they quickly fixed for me....better than excellent customer service. Love them!!!!

I LOVE Mia Melon! I've have a number of their jackets and receive compliments on them ALL THE TIME! Their customer service is responsive and great to work with! I will continue to be a loyal customer!
