The customer service is quick and very friendly and helpful! I am so happy with it. I love that the live chat box for help is always right there anytime I'm on the site. And we are loving the curriculum so far.... it guides them step by step and teaches them all along the way helping them to work more independently so I am more available for other responsibilities that go along with being a wife and mother. Of course I'm still helping when they need it, but this is a game changer!
