Really bad I order dress for my daughter bday almost 2 months ago and I didn't received yet,I send email to them no answer yet, I think a lost my money already. The bad online store ever.

I ordered 4 outfits on April 14, 2020. 7 weeks later I still had only received one of the 4 so I emailed and stated I would like to cancel as I have not gotten any shipping notification or anything. They responded “To be clear you want to cancel your two pre-order items.” So I said no, I want to cancel all THREE items bc I only ever received one. They then responded that they looked into it further USPS lost my items so they will reship or store credit. Well, this was a LIE considering I never was given any tracking info which has always been sent before. So I stayed as much to them and said I want full refund not store credit. Two days later I got an email stating my shipping label was CREATED and usps was waiting for the item. This was still only 1 out of the 3 items left for my order. Horrible form for a company to lie. And even with Covid going on- 7 weeks is extreme. I have ordered many things online during this time and every other company has seemed to be able to fulfill my order within a month.

Would very much like to know where my order is! The tracking details for my order make no sense!! I’ve written multiple emails wondering where my package is and all I get is a response with a covid excuse!! It’s been over a month and I’ve gotten NO movement on my order at all!! They do not respond to emails quickly and quite frankly I’ve gotten every single order I’ve placed in the past couple months except what I ordered from this site!!!

I have never written a review in my life but I am extremely unhappy. I ordered two matching outfits for my daughter and my self. It is now coming up on 2 months and no package yet!! The tracking details make absolutely no since. Does not even say what state or country they are in. I wrote an email and they sent me back a $5 gift card and a covid excuse. That was after a month. First of all $5 does nothing for the clothes that are overpriced. While I appreciate the thought, I will never use it. I advise people to make sure that the clothes are not over seas that you are ordering, my friend did order and get her package much quicker that way. If you are thinking of ordering matching Christmas or themed outfits you might want to do it a few months ahead of time. I know that the stuff I ordered were from over seas but my orders from wish came within two weeks. There is just no excuse!!

I waited a little over a month for a shirt that I paid $40.00. When it came, the style looks okay, but I've never seen or felt such cheap material. No tag,, just really cheap looking. Extremely disappointed. This was my first order, and it will be my last. I was hoping for a new online store to purchase my clothes, and this is not it.

I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered . I ordered 4 face masks o my received three and they came unraveled and very very cheap looking. Do not recommend at all.

I placed an order for my grandaughter’s birthday in April,and still have not received it. I can’t get any answers b/c nobody responds back to me. Very disappointed! I put my trust in this company,and they broke that trust. Never again!

Ordered from them 5/23/20 never received any further communication and order was never received. No not order from this company. Requested a refund but based on other reviews, I doubt I will see a refund.
