I have ordered from them more than a month ago and I have still didn't receive anything. It has not been dispatched yet and they don't want to give me a refund.

Terrible experience. It took two weeks to process shipping. It's been 25 business days since then and still nothing. I should of read reviews before I ordered. I'm buying American from now on. Done with companies that get their products from China. Don't waste your time unless you don't mind waiting 2+ months for delivery. I asked for an update and here's what they said: "On average, these items take 18-21 business days for delivery as listed on the product descriptions on our store". Their web page said nothing about 18-21 business days to ship. If it did I would not of ordered from them. Calling my credit card company and the BBB after that.

Items not delivered in any kind of a timely manner. Broken promises of delivery and if you’re item does arrive too late to use there are no returns

Yup, this company is a scam. Ordered masks for my family almost one month ago and no tracking number or any idea really when they’ll come in. Looks like I won’t ever get them. RUN!!

Ordered a $40 dress for my daughter on March 31st.. also charged for shipping. Today is May 14th and it’s still somewhere in China. Website still says allow 20 days for shipping. I reviewed them through google and their response was Covid is the cause for the delay. But it has not even been shipped yet according to the tracking. We did not have it for our family pictures. So I emailed them and said I want the charge canceled since it’s not even been shipped. No response whatsoever from them. Contacted my credit card company and letting everyone I know to avoid this company. What a scam!!!!!

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WONT REFUND YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

UPDATE!!!.. The below review was written after I received NO response from Mia Belle for WEEKS.. It made me angry because like everyone on this site- I felt as if I was fair and gave them PLENTY of time to respond. However my child's first communion dress DID come in and it is BEAUTIFUL. From my experience I do believe that the COVID thing is the problem and it looks like they are struggling to survive - and are afraid to tell people the hell they are going through with this stupid virus. My advice: ORDER WAAAAAY in advance- because of Covid the Chinese govt is really holding merchandise- and they have no control over when it ships/how Call your credit card company if you feel that you are not getting an honest deal- I get frustrated reading these reviews and people saying they will never see their money again. A simple credit car call can fix that. I probably wont order from these people again because their customer service is horrible and had they just been honest with me in the first place- neither of us would have had to go through the credit card company -and now I have to figure out how to recharge my order to their account as we are honest people and THEY WILL get their money. ************************************ old review PLEASE do not order from this site!!.. They seem to only deliver about half of their orders and pocket the rest. MANY people have no clothes and no refunds. They do not have a LIVE CHAT or a working customer service system and many many people have never gotten refunds. Contact your paypal or credit card company- they will investigate for you and honestly- I would not risk giving these people ANY money. On this site alone it looks like half the people are not getting what they ordered OR refunds. These guys are frauds!! I would not even have given them 1 star but it made me do it in order to write this review

I ordered a bathing suit for my granddaughter, summer is still a ways out so when it arrived, she was excited because it was the one she picked out herself. That experience went well enough, so I decided to place a second order. BUT, I then ordered face masks for my entire family. (over $100, took no time for them to run my payment through, unlike other online ordering that collects payment when the order ships) 2 child sized masks, 6 adult masks, 10 child replacement filters, and 10 adult replacement filters. After 3 weeks I called and was able to speak with Sarah. She said she was in the process of expediting some orders as they has experienced delays and that mine was one of them - just waiting on the filters. Today I received 1 child mask and the 20 replacement filters. What good are the replacement filters without the masks? They are needed now. No one answers when I call now. I am very disappointed in this company and am stuck waiting for masks that may or may not be sent. The order read "unfulfilled" which is exactly how I feel. Mismanaged expectations creates unsatisfied customers. I should have just downloaded a pattern and make them myself. Most likely the last order I will place.
