I have ordered many dresses from Mia Belle, and figured out that I need to order one dress size larger because delivery is sooooo slow. The pictures are lovely but the final produce in no way resembles the photos. But for my granddaughter to play princess and dress up in the dresses it was doable. Now I have ordered three dresses in 04/2020 that i have not received. It is now July 5, 2020. Never has it taken this long to receive a purchase. I have sent emails to the company explaining that now might be a good time to discuss a refund, with no response from them. I do NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company. It's just not worth the hassle.

I ordered several outfits from this company. My granddaughter is in 18 month clothes and I ordered 2/3T based on their recommendations. Four out of 7 outfits were too small. The quality of all but the swimming suits was very poor with seams already raveling. Two of the outfits that fit, ended up with holes in the outfits after being washed twice and they were not dryed in a dryer due to concerns of shrinkage as they just fit her. Attempts to contact the company resulted in no response.

Update: Despite the time it took for the order to arrive (approx. 2 + months) I must say, my friend is absolutely thrilled at the quality and look of dress I ordered for her daughter. I am relieved she finally got the order. It was frustrating not knowing how long I'd have to wait, considering their site says 14-21 days but in these times of covid, it's a crap shoot. I assure you, they aren't a scam, they just have to deal with over seas clothing manufacturers and I believe they're in the dark as much as we are as far as when orders are being shipped. Certainly, inquiries could be handled a bit better, or an advisory that shipping could take at least two months would be helpful, but I came here to update my review and assure everyone that they will receive their order, but the risk being, not in a timely manner. The first time I ordered from them, it took about two weeks and the dress for my daughter was absolutely gorgeous. So I thought I'd order one for my friend's little girl as well as some accessories. I'm so embarrassed. I told my friend to expect a gift in the mail. That was May 9th. Today is July 2nd. At this point, I'm pretty sure she thinks I'm pulling her leg because every time I assure her that it is "in transit" according to the response I get via email from Mia Belle I get radio silence from her. I'm giving them two stars because a lot of retailers are experiencing the same issue with items being shipped from overseas, and I think they're probably scrambling to satisfy a lot of pissed off customers. I know that they're legitimate as I've received quality products from them in the past. It doesn't make it any less frustrating, I know, but I hope I can reassure some folks that they are legitimate, and whatever is happening is outside their control in overseas shipping. That said, they still need to give refunds and eat the cost to save face. Not doing so will put them on a scammer business list sooner than later.

BEWARE!!!! This Company is a rip off! I spent over 100 dollar’s on four items and received one . I emailed them with no response back. I Wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. This was definitely a lesson learnt and hope it saves someone else from being robbed!!

Bought two kids masks that are too tight for a 4 and 9 year old. Really? Was offered a $5 gift card to buy more crap that doesn’t fit. What kind of customer service is this?

My credit card was debited over 3 weeks ago and I cannot reach anybody to find out when I can expect my order. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service. The email won't go through and the phone number on the credit statement is not working I will be disputing my credit card charge. This is unfortunate, i hate giving bad reviews but I have wasted a lot of time and still no response.

would seriously give them less than 1 star if possible. We ordered a first communion dress with 2 more weeks shipping time than outlined on the site to make sure it got here in time. We started inquiries with customer service about 2 weeks before the event and got scripted answers or no answers at all to the inquiries. Finally sent a tracking number that it was being shipped from KY when the company is in CA. No answers to the phone number on the site. Trying to dispute the charge through PayPal now since they are refusing to cancel the order and the date of the event has come and gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They don't deserve a one star! I only gave them a one star in order to warn the public to stay clear of this company!!! I ordered a shirt 3 months ago and it just arrived last week and it was the wrong size. I've been going round and round with them to send me a return label and they said the only way they'll send a return label is if the item is damaged or the wrong size. I told them the size I ordered and they sent me a size small so it's merchant error. It took them two weeks to respond back to me with the same question...what size is it? This company is BELOW standards and I warn everybody to save yourself the frustration by not ordering from them.
