I ordered a dress from Mia Belle on July 6th and received my order on July 30th. Shipping was slow due to COVID-19 but I ordered in plenty of time for my daughter’s party so it was no problem. I emailed the company multiple times and each email was answered within an hour. Excellent customer service!! My two year old saw the dress and she immediately said OH WOW!!! She is in love with her dress. It is absolutely beautiful and worth the wait.

The items are not necessarily delivered in the same package so you have to be patient depending on the preparation of the shipments and there may be different tracking numbers. They often offer great discounts on their site and by email. Very satisfied and my daughter love her dress!

THIS IS A FAKE STORE. They continue to send people to a different store for customer service and no one can actually get ahold of them. Their phone number is a google voice number and THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY NOT BASED IN AMERICA. Take it from the people fielding ALL the phone calls for this company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

We had a time getting this but OHHHHHHHH, it was worth the wait. Our little lady loves this dress and the hat? It was a Mrs. Mazel moment for her!

I have made several orders through this company and the clothes are adorable and fit very well. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the clothes are not labeled with the size or washing instructions. Also with COVID it is taking several months to get my full order.
