Mia Belle BabyReviews of miabellebaby.com

If I could them no stars I would. I ordered from them 08/23/20. I still haven’t received my whole order. I probably never will. Do not buy from them. I think everything comes from China. Look for an American boutique if this style is your thing. You will never get your whole order from Mia Belle.

Don’t buy from here. Item never arrived and they told me it was stuck in customs for4 months. Would not refund after multiple requests. I will be reporting to the BBB.

Horrible horrible merchandise and even worse customer service. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! I was looking for a pair of Soludos espadrilles for myself, which were sold out on the most well known websites and accidentally came across this website. I looked over the pictures, all pictures seem to be from the original website. Without thinking about something fishy I ordered two pairs. It took me over a month to receive my order, which arrived from China. Surprise!!! The company is listed to be located in Florida. The order arrived in a plastic bag, without a box. It looks very similar to the original BUT very very uncomfortable, doesn’t fit properly at all. I reached out to their customer service requesting to return their items and a full refund. Another surprise here - they only allowing refund as a store credit! Why would I need a store credit if I’ll never ever going to purchase anything from this bs website?!!! I’m disputing this charge since I returned the items and never got my money back to the original method of payment and I’m thinking to report them to the BBB for selling knock offs from a well known brand. I would hate others to deal with such dishonesty!

Ordered a vest, from their site, it's quality is not as of the picture shown, is very cheaply made, and over priced, would not recommend buying anything from this site!!

Loved the Frozen mask. Good quality. Great image on mask. Would purchase again.

I have never actually written a bad review, but in this case I felt it was necessary. The clothes were beautiful but customer service is non-existent. I contacted them numerous times after sending back boots that were incorrectly sized. Mia Bell had approved an exchange for these boots but almost 2 months later we had not received the boots. The boots were to small, due to their size charts being incorrect, They never returned my calls and instead of an exchange they made me have to do another order: where I had to pay more for the boots then I had originally paid and then also pay shipping for them to be shipped back to me. They would not help me in any way. I have never dealt with a more incompetent, unprofessional, rude, company in my life. I do not understand how they can stay in business with such irresponsible practices. They actually sent me an email saying "So sorry, but we are unwilling to help". REALLY. I had to pay $20.00 to ship back a pair of boots that did not fit because their size charts are incorrect and then I had to pay more for the boots than originally paid and return shipping to get the boots shipped to me because they refused to do the exchange that they offered to me!!!! I will NEVER by from Mia Bella again!!!!

Emailed with costumer service, always friendly, informative and polite. Received my order on time and in great condition. Good quality! Will be ordering again.

Items never arrived and the company will not refund my money.
