I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for my self and my two children on November 1st. The expected delivery date I was quoted was November 30th. I received my pair of pajamas the first week of December but they were the wrong size. It is now December 14th and I have still not received my children’s pajamas. I received an email today from the company saying that my last item was delivered and when I checked it was a small package that contained some sort of tiny electrical switches. This company is a joke. I have reached out for a full refund from the company. I have already ordered and received other Christmas PJ’s from Hannah Anderson.

We absolutely adore Mia Belle. The clothes they sell are of wonderful quality and so pretty. My loves them! We have ordered several times and even when I had a problem with one of my orders, they helped me out and fixed the issue with no problems or runaround. We will definitely continue to order from them!!

I would never ever buy with Mia belle. Worst customer service and in fact the products do not arrive on time. Neither customer service gives update when asked. I have purchased on November 2nd and do not see any update on shipment yet.All they say is shipment is has to arrive from overseas and they just take covid as an excuse. I would say this is a deeeeeepp bull $**t website. They are neither refunding the money. What do we do if the dress arrives after the event. Honesty Would never suggest this website or wld never ever come back.

Bought 2 costumes for my daughters at Halloween. Best quality, comfort and fit. Came quickly. Cute details. Great price. Happy family!

The worse customer service experience!!! I wish I saw these reviews before ordering from them. Shipping takes 18-21 days. 2 out of my 3 items arrived in that timeframe. They said the third item was late due to production delays. When I pushed for a new ETA on the third item, they said they had to reprocess the order, which meant that they lied about the production delays and completely missed my original order!! I asked to confirm when they would actually ship so that I could ascertain how many additional days on top of shipping i'd be waiting for. Couldn't get any clarity on an extremely basic question, ended up being so frustrated that I asked for a refund for the third item instead as didn't want to deal with it for another month plus. They just emailed back, completely ignoring refund request and said it'd take another 5 days to reprocess the order in addition to shipping!!! Honestly, it's like talking to a brick wall with these guys!!! In terms of actual product, the two items received weren't too bad except usual quality issues like the tag for the turtle neck was sewn on the outside of the sweater instead of the inside. Luckily I was able to remove without damaging the sweater because chances of getting an exchange or refund with these guys are going to be zero. I'll have to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs and chargeback with my bank now for the third item, which I would recommend others do if in similar situations. Shame that their service team are so poor at handling basic client queries. I was dealing with Dona from their service team. Would not recommend buying from these guys. It's not worth losing your money on a cute outfit for your little ones when they don't deliver. Plenty of other places with high-quality products and good service to choose from.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered something that said it would take 18-21 days. Silly me- I took that seriously. I placed an order on October 25. My item has been in shipping from China ever since and USPS is still showing awaiting package. I emailed them twice asking for a refund to which they replied with shipping times were out of their control due to COVID-19. I am guessing even if it takes six months I will never receive a refund. I am so disappointed in this customer service. It is ridiculous.

This store is misleading. They do not have designer clothes, they use COVID-19 as a crutch for not being up to standard, and they are all hype. I buy actual designer clothes for my children and the quality of the clothes are (to me) a lower quality than Walmart. I’ve seen a lot of stores affected by Covid-19 and it affects shipping by a few days but not weeks like this business. I have a theory that they buy products from China and the shipping from China is taking longer thus causing us customers to wait longer. The initial thing that made me upset was they guaranteed 6 days shipping and after that passed they guaranteed it would be before Halloween and then they say they won’t do returns. Something is ethically wrong with this business. Someone needs to seriously investigate this business.

The clothes are great quality and true to size. Also, their customer service is great! We had chosen a wrong address but they were able to fix a future address and get the other item resent. They communicated well via email. All in all 5his is a fabulous shopping experience!
