I wish I could rate 0!!! I ordered pajamas for myself and my 22 month old daughter ( at the time of order). I ordered fall pajamas. Guess what?? It is now almost December. I ordered in September!! When I first reached out, I was told that I had ordered a pre-order item and it would ship in November. It is now November 21 and my answer last night was “im so sorry for the delay in your item”! Last month when I was trying to figure out where my order was, I had a very generic answer. It annoyed me so I tried to warm people on Facebook. Well, they deleted all my comments and went a step further and BLOCKED me from commenting on any more posts!!! They are aware their customer service SUCKS!! So now I have pajamas that still have not shipped, and if I ever get them, my daughter may have already out grown them for the Fall! Terrible company and terrible policy. Don’t waste your time or money!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a Christmas dress on 11/2. I was messaged it was shipped 11/9. I asked about the dress, and received NO INFORMATION. I was then told it was marked on the product when it was ordered. LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not have ordered a time sensitive need for pictures if it was to take that long. They refuse to refund my money. Don't waste your time. Their S%$# is cheap anyway. Falls apart and fades after one wash.

Worst customer service ever! The product I ordered was guaranteed by Halloween then there was a manufacturer discrepancy with part of the costume which they said would be refunded.I still have not received the refund or the costume I ordered for Hallowee. The tracking information has been not been updated since November 1st and they are refusing to refund me for the costume until I can return it. It's obviously lost in the mail or they screwed up somewhere and are refusing to own up to it and give me my money back. I will never order from them again!

Worst customer service. Got merchandise 2 months late, had to pay for the return, and still no money back. It's being three months now since they charge my card and I have no refund or dress.

I ordered 2 Halloween Costumes mid September and spent $200. We are mid November and I am still waiting for 1 item. I called before Halloween and never got a call back. I will never use this website ever again. I had to order Costumes from somewhere else to be able to have Halloween for my kids. I am sure I will never hear back from them or get my money back. So BAD

I ordered a halloween accessory for my daughter at the end of September. Then sent me the wrong item 1 week before halloween. I have reached out to them now for 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to get refunded. They are trying to convince me to accept the item I purchased which was for halloween that I don't longer need. Even though they made the error they still do not want to rectify the charge. Bad company.

Never will buy from them again ! Ordered my daughter’s Halloween costume beginning of September. It’s now nov 14 and I only got the tights I ordered for it! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Can’t wait to see if i get my $60 back that I spent nothing on! So mad! This site sucks. There are better ones

I Bought multiple items from here. Some of the items either didn’t make it or they were out of stock. When I contacted them about it they offered me credit which I took. Some of their items do take a while to be deliver which they give you a heads up about but it is worth it. They were super polite and helpful when I reached out to them. The items I did receive were beautiful! They looked amazing on my girl.. I would definitely recommend them!
