First dress did not fit! Second dress next size up fit just like first except the sleeves got bigger!! And not a fan of return policy when I am a busy working women, I got a quality dress cheaper at David Bridal. Wasted so much time aho g around with this company!

This dress was everything and more. I looked gorgeous honey and everyone complimented me. I will be back to purchase again when I need to get all dolled up.

I really liked this place overall and the dress I purchased is gorgeous and I received a ton of compliments on it. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to employee cell phone use. I had to ask several times to get assistance, when I was the only person in the store. The employee kept watching her phone and not even looking or checking in on me. I had to ask multiple times for help with zippers, sizes and different colors. Once the manager arrived back in the store, the level of customer service greatly improved and she suggested several dresses I would have never picked out and loved almost all of them. She stayed close by the whole time too and helped me with all zippers and my final decision on my dress. She was wonderful. Overall they have a great selection of gowns that are fashion forward and one of a kind (what I look for), different colors to fit everyone's personality and reasonable prices. I am totally fine with employees using cell phones when no one is in the shop, however I think they need to put them down once someone arrives.

My wedding was one week away and the alterations from my MOH dress were terrible. We had to find a new dress at the last minute and Mia Bella Couture delivered! We visited the store and there were many dresses to choose from in our color. The price was reasonable and we were pleased with the customer service we received. Thanks for taking care of us!

The ladies at Mia Bella were welcoming, and kind and worked with me until we got my dress ordered. They stayed in touch and are always willing to go above & beyond with smiles on their face and looking very stylish

Absolutely amazing service! Jennifer who is a representative there helped me find a beautiful black dress I needed for a gala! She saved me! She looked through all the stores online and was able to overnight a dress for me just in time! She is a an Angel!
