Easy ordering and the dress is beautiful

Beautiful dresses Just with more selection and colors

The dress is absolutely perfect! However, when we took the dress out of the packaging it was completely wrinkled.. I felt like it was just thrown in the bag.. very disappointed. Need to take to the cleaners to be pressed.

Gorgeous dress however the color was more red than burgundy According to the size guide I ordered a X-Large to fit my hips 41”. I was concerned about the waist since I’m 2 month’s postpartum but it was comfortable. the sizing guide for the waist was off.

I really liked this place overall and the dress I purchased is gorgeous and I received a ton of compliments on it. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to employee cell phone use. I had to ask several times to get assistance, when I was the only person in the store. The employee kept watching her phone and not even looking or checking in on me. I had to ask multiple times for help with zippers, sizes and different colors. Once the manager arrived back in the store, the level of customer service greatly improved and she suggested several dresses I would have never picked out and loved almost all of them. She stayed close by the whole time too and helped me with all zippers and my final decision on my dress. She was wonderful. Overall they have a great selection of gowns that are fashion forward and one of a kind (what I look for), different colors to fit everyone's personality and reasonable prices. I am totally fine with employees using cell phones when no one is in the shop, however I think they need to put them down once someone arrives.
